As the heart of the car,the engine plays an important role in the performance and quality of the whole vehicle.A high quality engine and power system is an important guarantee for a high quality car.However,because of the late start of the automobile industry in China,the R & D and manufacturing technology still has a larger gap than the western developed countries.And due to the lack of quality control methods and the lack of automated quality control,the quality of most of the problems need to manually find and solve the quality control system,therefore,most of the current domestic automobile engine production process are the lack of advanced stability.This article takes the assembly process of engine products as the research object,and aims to improve the product quality.It studies the quality forecasting methods of the assembly process and designs a set of quality prediction system for the engine assembly process based on this.In this thesis,FMEA analysis,cluster analysis,and grey system theory are applied to analyze and predict various methods.First of all,the failure mode analysis(FMEA)is used to analyze the potential failure modes in the engine assembly process.After the risk priority ordinal,combined with the grey correlation analysis theory,the S/O/D evaluation index of the failure mode is calculated;secondly,the K-means cluster analysis is performed based on the grey correlation degree,and the failure modes are classified according to the degree of damage.Different types;again,different prediction methods are used for different types of failure modes.In this paper,gray data forecasting and grey catastrophe forecasting methods are adopted for different failure modes,and examples are used to further verify the effectiveness of the two forecasting methods.Finally,based on the two forecasting models,the system is designed and combined with C# language,OPC communication and other technologies are implemented in the system to apply the theory to actual production.Under the experimental environment,this quality control and forecasting system based on FMEA analysis and grey system theory can predict product quality data in real time,improve product quality through effective advance prevention measures and control of quality problems in the production process.Ultimately reduce the product repair rate.
