Using the AgI generator on the ground seeding AgI particles to increase artificial precipitation enhancement,needs a plurality of smoke stove arranged on the windward slope of mountains,so that the silver iodide particles after combustion can reach a certain concentration in the control period,and with updraft smoothly into the clouds as a catalyst to increase the amount of raindrop,so as to realize the effect of artificial precipitation enhancement.In order to increase the effect of artificial precipitation enhancement,multiple sets of AgI generator on the ground systems arranged in the different area,each AgI generator on the ground system arranged a plurality of smoke furnace,each smoke furnace arrange a plurality of channels which are loading a plurality of AgI smoke bars,ignition controllers are installed in the each furnace in order to control the smoke bar's ignition,and detect the remaining state of smoke bar in the furnace.The multipoint controller is installed in the outside of the smoke furnace which controls the ignition controller arranged in each smoke stoves,and interacts with the remote monitoring center through Beidou satellite communication and GPRS communication,so as to realize the operation of artificial precipitation enhancement.The main works of the paper are as follows.(1)The design of overall program.According to the functional requirements of the system,the overall program of the system,the composition of the system,the type of the central processing unit,the remote communication scheme are determined,and the design of the power supply scheme of the substation is completed.(2)The design of the hardware and software system of the remote control terminal.The software and hardware of the power module,the ignition module,the CAN communication module,the state acquisition module and the data storage module of the SD card are designed.(3)The design of remote communication module.The hardware circuit and software process of GPRS remote communication module are designed.The model of the Beidou satellite communication terminals are determined,and the Beidou communication protocol is completed.(4)The establishment of remote monitoring and management platform.Using the C# development tool,the upper computer interface is written in the WPF application,and the software flow design of the data receiving and sending are completed.(5)The online test for remote control system of AgI generator on the ground.The remote ignition control function,the acquisition and monitoring of the residual state of smoke bar in the furnace,and the query of communication status are tested.The effectiveness and reliability of the system are proved by the test results.
