| In recent years,the rapid development of world economy,the land resource is more and more shortage.While the development of Marine resources exploration is more and more quickly.Many Marine science and technology has been rapid development.The Optical Fiber Digital Transmission System Based on Special Controller for Underwater Equipment is subordinate to the deep sea exploration technology.Compared with the direct visualization of land resources exploitation,the real-time condition of the whole process can’t be observed directly in the exploration and development of deep-sea resources.At present,most of the underwater equipment control systems are single equipment control system,can’t meet the special and expansibility requirements of underwater equipment control system,and video clarity is low.In order to solve the problem of underwater equipment control specialization and expansibility,and the problem of low visibility of visualized video monitoring,The Optical Fiber Digital Transmission System Based on Special Controller for Underwater Equipment is designed and implemented.The System developed in this paper consists of three parts: the water deck monitoring platform,the underwater equipment monitoring and control system and the optical fiber communication system.Underwater equipment monitoring and control system in the system can be directly or through the expansion of data applicable to most of the underwater monitoring equipment acquisition and control work.The optical fiber communication system can transmit 4 RS232 and 2 RS485 signals at most,and transmit 2 high-definition video at the same time.The system solves the problems of special type and lack of scalability of the underwater equipment controller,and provides a multi-channel communication data transmission and high-definition video transmission scheme.The main work of this paper is as follows: the design of the whole system,the hardware design and software design of the underwater equipment monitoring and control system,the software design of the water deck monitoring platform,the debugging of the optical fiber communication system and joint debugging of the whole system.Combined with the system requirements and the existing technology,this paper first determines the overall design of the system.Then the hardware and software design of underwater equipment monitoring and control system and the design of optical fiber communication system are introduced in detail.The monitoring and control system design based on the STM32F407,using embedded c programming language.Then introduce the design of monitoring platform for PC software,PC software developed using Visual Studio 2012 development platform and the c # language,achieved top interface layout design and back-end software.Finally,the system module debugging,joint debugging and watertight packaging of underwater equipment monitoring and control system.Based on the system design requirements,the Optical Fiber Digital Transmission System Based on Special Controller for Underwater Equipment is successfully designed.The system can meet the high-definition visualization operation of underwater equipment,and can meet the variety of underwater equipment control needs after expanding. |
