Solanum rostratum Dunal.and Solanum elaeagnif olium Cav.are invasive weeds, which are listed as highly dangerous recommended weeds in China. The two plants have strong breeding and competitive ability. They can form dominant populations and destroy the encroaching ecosystem in invasive manner. It is not clear that the invasion mechanism of S.rostratum and S.elaeagnifolium In this study,we selected Solanum nigrum L.and Solanum khasianum as the reference by analysis the rhizosphere soil of plants to explain the invasion mechanism. We detect nutrient elements of rhizosphere soil. And analysis microorganism of rhizosphere soil by Biolog and high throughput sequencing. The purpose is to find out the causes of these two invasive weeds and improve the invasion mechanism of invasive weeds. The specific results are as follows.1?S.rostratum and S.elaeagnifolium can significantly improve the available nitrogen in rhizosphere soil during seedling stage. There were significant differences in the metabolic activity, carbon source utilization rate and abundance of microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of S.rostratum and two native weeds. But there were no significant differences between S.elaeagnifolium and two native plants.2?Compared with two native plants,The diversity of bacteria decreased in the rhizosphere soil of S.rostratum, such as Actinomyces and Nitrosomonas. There was no change in the overall abundance and diversity of rhizosphere soil microbial community in the seedling stage of S.elaeagnifolium and two native plants. But the abundance and diversity are decreased in growing period, such as Proteobacteria,Actinomyces,Rhizobium and Nitrosomonas.3?The diversity and relative abundance improved in the rhizosphere soil of S.rostratum, such as the main bacterial flora Ascomycotina and Basidiomycetes. The diversity and relative abundance decreased in rhizosphere soil of S.elaeagnifolium in the seedling stage, such as Basidiomycetes,Agaric and Emtoloma.
