In order to study the impacts of zinc fertilizer on rice growth and nutrient absorption and microorganism in rice rhizosphere soil,with rice Xiangzao 143 as test material,a field experiment was conducted by using six application levels(0kg·ha-1,10kg·ha-1,20kg·ha-1,30kg·ha-1,40kg·ha-11 and 50kg·ha-1)of zinc fertilizer.The results of the study are as follows:?1?Zinc fertilizer could evidently promote growth and development of rice.Firstly,the plant height,spikelet number,available tillers,panicle length and thousand seeds weight of rice were increased.Secondly,it was able to make the maturity of the rice 23 days ahead of time,ultimately increasing yield.The best method was top dressing of 30kg·ha-1 zinc fertilizer,the rate of growth could reach 13.7%.?2?Adding different dosage of zinc fertilizer had different effects on the content of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and zinc in rice grain.The optimum amount of zinc fertilizer was propitious to the absorption and accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and zinc in rice grain.The recommended dosage of zinc fertilizer was 20kg·ha-1 to 30kg·ha-1.?3?Zinc fertilizer could increase the number of fungi and actinomycetes in soil,the high dose of zinc fertilizer was the best.The number of fungi and actinomycetes were positively correlated with total nitrogen and available zinc.So it could promote the number of fungi and actinomycetes by increasing total nitrogen and available zinc.?4?Zincfertilizerlead to the improvemen oftheutilisationof carboxylic acids,polymer,miscellaneous?D,L-a-Glycerol and Pyruvic Acid Methyl Ester?,with increasing the amount of zinc fertilizer from 0 to 50kg·ha-1,the utilisation of miscellaneous,polymers,carboxylic acids and carbohydrates were improved.The result of principal component analysis showed that these 5 types of carbon source were carboxylic acids,carbonhydrates,amino acids,polymers and amines amides,which had a high relevance of PC1 and that were used to distinguish zinc fertilizer about sensitive carbon source.Six types of carbon sources were positively correlated with soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and available zinc content.It indicates that carbon metabolic of rice-rhizosphere soil microbial was improved by increasing soil fertility.?5?Zinc fertilizer could greatly increase the soil microbial functional diversity,mainly the high dose of zinc fertilizer could significantly increase the homogeneity index of soil microorganism in rhizosphere soil.The recommended dosage of zinc fertilizer was50kg·ha-1,compared with no zinc fertilizer,the homogeneity index increased by 117.4%.
