In the context of global climate change, the distribution of various resources and environmental conditions necessary for the growth and reproduction of plants in natural habitats is usually expressed in the form of patches in time and space. The heterogeneity of resources contributes to the invasion of exotic plants. The invasion of plants is very important to ecological security and economic in every country.Nowadays, plant invasion has become a scientific problem, which is highly concerned and valued by the governments and public. For now, there has been a series of studies on clonal plants at home and abroad. However, there are few reports on the research on the integration of nutrient conditions, maternal effect and soil feedback on the growth and competition of invasive plants and native plants. In this study, four pairs of invasive plants and native plants co-existing in the wild environment were taken as the research objects.Through greenhouse experiments and indoor experiments,we studied the effects of maternal effect and soil feedback on the growth of invasive and native clone plants under different nutrients.Through the comprehensive cultivation experiment of maternal effect and soil feedback under different nutrients,we conducted competition and growth studies on alien invasion and native plants with similar evolutionary origin(same origin)under different treatment combinations. We designed two five-factor experiments, greenhouse experiments: species origin(Invasive vs.Native),maternal effect(High vs.Low),nutrient treatment(High vs.Low),PSF origin(Home vs.Foreign vs.CK)and plant competition(With vs.Without);laboratory experiments:species origin(invasive vs.native),PSF origin(Home vs.Foreign vs.CK),extraction method(Fahraeus Medium vs.Hoagland vs.Water),maternal nutrient origin of exudate(High nuerient vs.Low nutrient)and nutrient treatment(High vs.Low).Through greenhouse experiments and indoor experiments,we discussed the effects of maternal effect and soil feedback on the growth of invasive and native cloned plants under different nutrients.the result shows:1.Invasive plants have higher biomass than native plants, and adding nutrients canincrease the gap between them;2.When the invasive plants are in the alien soil, nutrient addition is more conducive to the invasive plants to weaken the negative feedback effect of the soil and produce more biomass;3.Compared with local plants, invasive plants with high material will produce more ramets and biomass. When nutrients are added, invasive plants with higher material have higher utilization efficiency of nutrients and can produce more points Number of plants and biomass, while native plants with high material have low nutrient use efficiency;4.When there is no competition, the difference between invasive plants and local plants is significantly increased, the addition of nutrients is more conducive to weakening the negative feedback effect produced by competition. The difference between high parent material plants and low parent material plants under competitive conditions is much lower than that under non-competitive conditions.exotic plants are more conducive to growing under competitive conditions.5.For native plants, high material extracts have a strong negative feedback effect, and the addition of nutrients can weaken the negative feedback effect;for exotic plants, high material extracts have a strong positive feedback effect, nutrients. The addition of is beneficial to enhance positive feedback.6.In the Fahraeus Medium solution and aqueous solution, plants will accumulate more biomass in the foreign extract, the foreign extract has a positive feedback effect on the plants in the extract of high parent plants, and the local extract has the effect of extracting on the plants of low parent. The plants in the plant have a positive feedback effect;in the Hoagland solution, local plants are more dominant in the local solution, and for foreign plants, the foreign solution is more beneficial to them, and the plants in the extract of high parent material plants will be better in the local extract,The plants in Hoagland solution, local plants are more dominant in local solutions. For exotic plants, foreign solutions are more beneficial to them.Plants in high parent material plant extracts will perform better in local extracts, and low parent material plant extracts The plants in will perform better in exotic extracts.
