Rail transit has become the backbone of solving various traffic problems in the process of urban development.It is of great important significance to study the influence of rail transit on urban spatial forms and the coordinated development of rail transit and land use patterns.The public transportation-oriented development model(TOD)has become the preferred mode of urban development today.By assessing the degree of TOD at the site and surrounding areas,the local TOD plan can be further improved.Therefore,the paper studies the evolution process of land use around the station during the planning and construction period of the rail transit to find out the evolution rules,and quantitatively evaluates the TOD levels of the rail transit site and the surrounding area through the indicators.The main research contents and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)Taking the 500m and 1000m around the Fangshan line sites as the research area,the land use information of the remote sensing images of the Fangshan Line in 2005,2010,2012 and 2015 were extracted in an object-oriented manner.Studying and analyzing the impact of rail transit on urban spatial patterns and the impact of stations on land use patterns and then combining these theories to determine land use analysis indicators.By analyzing the important factors affecting the levels of TOD,the MCA method was used to quantitatively analyze the levels of TOD at the rail transit site and the surrounding area.(2)Studying and analyzing the impact of rail transit on urban spatial patterns and the impact of stations on land use patterns,and combine these theories to determine land use analysis indicators.By analyzing the important factors affecting the degree of TOD,the MCA method was used to quantitatively analyze the degree of TOD at the rail transit site and the surrounding area.(3)Based on the land use change process in the study area,this paper takes Fangshan Line Suzhuang Station,Liangxiang Nanguan Station,Liangxiang University West Station,Guangyangcheng Station,Libafangfang Station and Changyang Station as examples.Analysing the relevant literature and selecting eight criteria and 15 indicators that can measure the levels of TOD.Within a walking distance of a site,the TOD value of each site was calculated by the MCA method.The results show that Changyang station and Suzhuang station have the highest levels of TOD.and their levels are higher than other stations.According to the calculated TOD value,suggestions are made for the improvement potential of each station.
