Study On The Efficiency Of Scientific And Technological Finance In Shandong Province

At present,our country has entered a new economic normal period and the reform has overcome difficulties.The state has proposed that we should build an innovation-driven development strategy and that Shandong Province put forward the conversion of old and new kinetic energy.We have also introduced the relevant provinces in policy-making innovation.The construction of an innovative Shandong can not be without the strong support of science and technology,and the support of science and technology must rely on its deep integration with finance.In order to understand and better promote the efficiency of science and technology in Shandong Province,we need to evaluate the efficiency of science and technology in Shandong Province and do further research.Based on the summarization and analysis of previous studies by experts and scholars,this paper reviews the literature review and related concepts involved in the research,summarizes the status quo of the development of science and technology finance in Shandong Province and finds out the existing problems.Then the DEA-Malmquist index method is used to make an empirical study on the financial efficiency of science and technology in financial institutions in Shandong Province and other cities.DEA-Tobit two-stage analysis is also used to explore the factors that affect the efficiency of science and technology financial operation in Shandong Province.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)While science and technology finance in Shandong Province is efficient,the efficiency of science and technology finance in Shandong Province has been declining year by year in spite of the increasing support for science and technology innovation;(2)The government,financial markets,enterprises and Scientific research institutes all have an impact on the efficiency of science and technology finance,but their effects are not the same.Increasing the funding for science and technology is not conducive to raising the financial efficiency of science and technology.Increasing the number of scientific research institutions and expanding the financial scale and the scale of high-tech enterprises are conducive to raising the efficiency of science and technology finance.After the above analysis,according to the status quo of science and technology finance in Shandong Province and the corresponding problems existing to enhance the efficiency of scientific and technological financial running,this essay brings up relevant advices from multiple perspectives to better allocate technological and financial resources and make Shandong Province innovation Provincial construction and conversion of old and new kinetic energy to a new level to provide a reference.
