In this experiment,an orthogonal design was used to analyze the external morphological features,yield,and active ingredient content of Atractylodes lancea through improved methods of soil and trace fertilizer treatments,which laid a theoretical foundation for artificial cultivation and effective use of Atractylodes.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The effects of the four modified substrates on the content of Atractylone were humus>wood vinegar>deer feces>diatomite.The best combination of them was A2B2C2D3,ie 2 kg of cerulosulma per square meter of soil and 20 ml of wood vinegar.15kg of humus soil and a certain amount of diatomite(1?5kg).The 95%confidence interval for the average content of a combination of atractylone is[6.418,10.310 mg · g-1].(2)The content of Atractylone in the roots of three years was the highest,reaching 6.428 mg·g-1.Soil amendment had a significant effect on the 3-year-old Atractylone content in rhizomes of Atractylodes lancea,but it had no significant effect on 4-year-old and 5-year-old Atractylone in roots of Atractylodes.(3)Through the analysis of the external morphology,rhizome yield and active ingredients of Atractylodes lancea,the Zn×B combination has a great influence on the external morphology of Atractylodes lancea.Mo×Zn combination has a great influence on the yield of main rhizome.ZnxB on Atractylodes,Atractylone ?,?-Euphyllol had a greater effect,and Mo×B and ZnxMo had greater effects on atractylodin and ?-elemene,respectively.(4)The optimal combination of the number of leaves can effectively increase Mo2Zn2B1,increase leaf length,plant height and yield,the optimal level is Mo1Zn2B1.ZnxB combination can significantly increase the width of the blade.The optimal combination is Mo1Zn2B2,Mo2Zn1B1.(5)For improving the contents of Atractylone and Atractylodin contained in Atractylodes lancea,the optimal level is B2Mo2Zn1,that is,0.35%of Mo fertilizer and 0.3%of B fertilizer are mixed.(6)For the improvement of the content of Atractylox? in Atractylodes lancea,the optimal levels were Zn2B1Mo2 and Zn2B1Mo1,ie 0.1%Zn fertilizer and 0.35%Mo fertilizer,or 0.1%Zn fertilizer alone.(7)The optimal level for increasing ?-elemene content in rhizome of Atractylodes lancea was Mo1B2Zn2,which was a mixture of 0.3%B fertilizer and 0.1%Zn fertilizer.(8)The optimal combination for increasing the content of ?-eucalyptus in Atractylodes lancea is Mo2B1Zn1,ie,a single application of 0.35%Mo fertilizer.
