Among external environmental factors affecting the function of wetland, human management mode is an important part.As a long and important human management activity in Ruoergai wetland, what kind of effect will grazing bring to wetland is an important part of the evaluation of wetland conservation work.Scholars all over the world did many studies aboutwetland evaluation. So far, however, wetland evaluation systems usually useare too complex, they cover multiple disciplines, making the wetland assessment work cost too much time and money. They are inconvenient, difficult to achieve a comprehensive quantitative assessment. This article selects the Floristic Quality Index(Floristic Quality Assessment Index,FQAI)as the main ecological index to evaluateecological indicator of Ruoergai arctic-alpine wetland in different grazing level.Taking the wetland plants in Ruoergai nature reserve as object, this article combines the frequency and fidelity of different species in different grazing condition, sorts and assigns the ecological conservation coefficient(CC)according to the graded assigning criteria.By comparing the change of ecological conservation coefficient(CC)and Floristic Quality Assessment Index(FQAI)in 4 different grazing level(severe, moderate, mild,no grazing),this article assesses the effects of grazing on ecological conservation of Ruoergaiwetland. The main conclusions are as follows:From the distribution of the number of wetland plant species in Ruoergai in different fractions of ecological conservation coefficient, species which's ecological conservation coefficient(CC value)are in 7-8make up the largest proportion, accounting for 37.63%of the total species.Followed by 1-3 species, account for 25.81%of the total species. The 4-6 and 9-10 species are respectively account for 21.51%and 15.05%of the total species. There is no 0 species, namely alien invasive species. From the distribution of wetland plant speciesin Ruoergai in different grazing grade in different fractions of ecological conservation coefficient, ecologically resistant species which's ecological conservation coefficient(CC value)are in 1-3 make up the largest proportion.Generally speaking, species numberreduces with the decrease of the ecological conservation coefficient(CC value).Under the condition of no grazing, the number of species with high ecological conservation coefficient(9-10)is respectively 46.64%and 6.67%higher than the number of species which's ecological conservation coefficient is 7-8 and 4-6.The total number of ecological conservation highspecies in no grazing condition is 36.36%higher than the species in state of a range of grazing(light grazing, moderate grazing and heavy grazing). The Ruoergai wetland survey results show that:(1)The importance value, relative coverage and relative abundance ofdominant species species in grazing condition increases with the increase of grazing intensity.(2)The Shannon-Wiener Indexdecreasewith the increase of grazing degree(P<0.05),SimpsonIndex increaseand PielouIndexdecreasewith the increase of grazing degree, and they two show a diffrent trend to the general trend(P>0.05).(3)Along with the increasing of grazing intensity, ecological conservation coefficient CC value and plant flora quality index FQAI both show a downward trend but diffrent in middle class of grazing.(4)Higher than medium grazing intensity grazing can destroy the conservative ofRuoErGai wetland. So,in the protection of the local management activities, moderate grazing could be appropriated, but heavy grazing should be strict control. This study shows that FQAI can achieve comparison and quantitative evaluation of ecological conservationunder different grazing levels in Ruoergai arctic-alpine wetland quickly and effectively. As the FQAI more emphasis on the native, endemic and ecological conservation of wetland plants,it can explain the nature and ecological conservation of Wetland more effectively.
