Objective:In order to study the surface fungal diversity of giant panda,which will lay a foundation for the research of dermatomycosis with giant panda,provide reference for the correct diagnosis and treatment of dermatomycosis.Method:We had been isolated culture and morphology identified the fungi of surface fur from giant panda in different months.The biologic identification include Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR)with the fungiuniversal primersof ITS sequence(ITS1,ITS4)and sequencing,then study the phylogenetic analysis.Identify drug sensitive test of 15 species of yeast and 5 species of antifungal medicine as drug sensitive test by the Danish Rosco disc diffusion method.Result:After cultivation,we have been gained 165 strains belong to 78 species.The number of isolated strains from up to 50 strains,30.3%of the total number of strains and include the most species(32 species),41%of the total number of species in September.Trichophyton interdigitale proportion in the total strains is the largest,at 6%,followed by Aspergillus versicolor,at 5%.49 strains of yeast isolated from fur,belonging to 15 species(genus),which accounted total strains and total fungal species for 29.7%and 19.2%.Cryptococcus fragicola and Trichosporon middelhoveniican resistance Ketoconazole,Candida catenulate and Trichophyton interdigitalecan resistanceAmphotericin B.Candida catenulate and Trichosporon jiroveciican resistance Itraconazole,Trichosporon sp and Trichosporon cutaneum can resistance Fluconazole,Candida catenulatecan resistance Nystati.Conclusion:The results show that giant panda cultivable fungi species and microbial diversity are rich,which have great potential value.And under the same culture condition but different time,which gained the trains and species numbers are different.The number of yeast strains and species are advantagein this experiment.Susceptibility test results proved that there are yeast of one or multiple drug-resistant strains for 5 kinds of antifungal drugs(Ketoconazole,Amphotericin B,Itraconazole,Fluconazole,Nystatin).
