The Yanming Lake area in Zhongmou County borders the Yellow River to the north and belongs to the core grain area of the lower Yellow River in Henan Province.Shallow groundwater is used as the water source for the production of grain crops and some residents' domestic water. However, the shallow groundwater quality in some areas is relatively poor, and it will be certain. To the extent that the residents' health and agricultural production are damaged,in the process of groundwater development and utilization, changes in water quality and quality may cause a series of hydrogeological and environmental geological problems. In order to avoid the above unfavorable conditions, the shallow groundwater quality in the study area needs to be evaluated, and the shallow groundwater volume and quality under the planned mining conditions should be predicted as the reference for groundwater rational mining. This paper takes Shallow Groundwater in Yanming Lake area of Zhongmou County as the research object, evaluates the shallow groundwater quality using Nemerow index method and factor analysis method;establishes a three-dimensional groundwater flow numerical model and completes calibration, thus predicting the planning The change of groundwater level under mining conditions;Based on the water flow model, the particle water tracing method and solute transport model were used to predict and evaluate the groundwater quality. The main results achieved are as follows:(1)Nemerow index method and factor analysis method were used to evaluate the quality of the shallow groundwater in the study area. The water quality zoning map of the study area was obtained;(2)A three-dimensional numerical model of groundwater flow in the study area was established, and the model was calibrated using a test-evaluation method. The model was used to predict the groundwater level under planned mining conditions. The results showed that the groundwater in the study area met the planned mining requirements;(3)Based on the groundwater flow model, the particle tracking method was used to predict the groundwater quality under planned mining conditions. At the same time, the convective-dispersive model of solute transport was used to predict the groundwater quality under planned mining conditions, and the iron content of groundwater in the planning period was simulated.Spatial and temporal distribution of ions and changes in the concentration of over-range areas.
