Since the first predatory myxobacteria was reported more than 70 years ago,more and more predatory bacteria,hurt stratagies,the importance of ecological niche and potential applications have been reported.Predatory bacteria are distributed in kinds of environments and the interaction between predatory bacteria and non-predatory bacteria seem to be crucial to the survival of orther bacterial group in special environments.The behavior of bacterial predator is gradually respected as environmental driving force.The structure and diversities of predatory bacteria are gradually considered as controlling and regulating the structure of non-predatory bacteria in environmental samples.Bradymonabacteria were able to prey other bacteria,which were built as novel order in 2015 by our lab.In this paper,bradymonabacteria was used as research object.We have analyzed differences between facultative predatory bacteria and ogligate predatory bacteria using comparative genomics analysis,systematically analyzed prey spectrums of bradymonabacteria and control strain Myxococcus xanthus.Lastly,we have studied biogeographic distribution of bradymonabacteria.Our work has archieved:1.We have integrated the difference analysis pipeline of orthologous proteins and proposed "facultative predator index" for the first time.We have annotated orthologous proteins of 8 obligate predatory bacteria and 16 facultative predatory bacteria by mapping their protein sequences to otrthoMCL databse,then gained 56 facultative predatory specific orthologous proteins and 9 obligate predatory specific orthologous proteins with sorting by indicator values after multiresponse permutation test.Lastly,we have proposed "facultative predator index" based on facultative predatory specific orthologous proteins.2.W have determined the prey spectrum of predatory bradymonabacteria in larger taxonomic scope.We have used 345 different taxonomic bacteria as candidate preys to study the prey spectrum of predatory bradymonabacteria,which were obtained from marine culture collection of Shandong province.Strains Bradymonas sediminis FA350T,Bradymonadaceae sp.B210 and control strain Myxococcus xanthus DK1622T have been able to prey 205,147 and 215 candidate preys,respectively.Two bradymonabacteria strains have been proved to possess similar kinds of preys after clustering analysis.We have provided basis for isolating bradymonabacteria by adding their special preys according to a wide varieties prey spectrum of bradymonabacteria.3.We have proposed "prey index" for the first time and predicted the index of Vibrionaceae group.By analyzing differences of orthologous proteins between 5 prey vibrio group and 5 non-prey vibrio group,we have proposed "prey index" among vibrio group.We have found that bradymonabacteria are able to prey kinds of pathogenic microbes(Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio alginolyticus etc.)in aquaculture according to the predicted "prey index" of 117 Vibrionaceae group genomes,providing basis about deeply digging commercial value of bradymonabacteria.4.We have firstly built MetaTaxDB by using 7,025 samples and study biogeographic distribution of bradymonabacteria,finding that bradymonabacteria were global distribution group.Meanwhile,we have provided basis for isolating novel species of Bradymonadyles in special environments according to that bradymonabacteria preferred to distribute in saline or littlely alkaline environments.We have firstly proposed evolutionary mode of Bradymonadyles based on comparing environmental types,which possessed high percentage of bradymonabacteria,with provence sequences,which were used annotated OTUs.
