Bradymonabacteria have a predatory function for other bacteria. The analysis of the distribution of bradymonabacteria in the ocean is of great significance to the study of microbial community succession, the development of new drugs, and the development of fisheries. In this study, the specificity of the probe which can be combined with Bradymonas sediminis FA350T is designed and verified by the specificity of the probe. The results show that the designed probe can be specifically combined with Bradymonas sediminis FA350T.The samples of Wendeng High Island salt field are used as the research object, and the high flux sequencing technology and fluorescence in situ hybridization technique are combined to explore the deposition of different living environments. The study found that, among the nine samples, the samples with the same salinity, the number of OTU,and the diversity richness were the highest in the deep mud, followed by the surface mud,and the lowest in the water sample. The number of OTU in salinity 60‰,salinity 110‰ and salinity 150‰ decreased. The order of the richness of the same salinity sample community from low to high is:water sample, surface mud, deep mud;The microbial diversity of water samples was low,and the microbial diversity was higher.Among the nine samples, the abundance of the surface mud and the deep mud community was from high to low:salinity 60‰,salinity 110‰ and salinity 150‰.Bradymonabacteria was not detected in water samples. In the surface mud samples, the abundance of bradymonabacteria from high to low is salinity 110‰,salinity 150‰ and salinity 60‰;in the deep mud samples, the abundance of bradymonabacteria from high to low is the sample with salinity of 150‰,salinity of 110 ‰,and salinity of 60‰.From the vertical distribution, the abundance of bradymonabacteria community in the sample with salinity of 60‰ and salinity of 150‰ is the highest in the deep mud,but in the salinity of 110‰ samples, the abundance of the bradymonabacteria community in the surface mud samples is the highest. The abundance of bradymonabacteria communities in all samples was the highest in the surface mud samples with salinity of 110‰.Some other environmental factors, such as the salinity conditions in the environment, the relatively large amount of nutrients needed for the growth of bradymonabacteria, and the structure of other microbial communities under the environment, are beneficial to the growth of bradymonabacteria, which provides a basis for the separation of bradymonabacteria from the salt field. At the same time, three polyphasic taxonomy of new marine bacteria were completed.A Gram-stain-negative,non-motile,designated as strain 2p52T,was isolated from marine algae Gracilaria blodgettii collected from the coast of Lingshui county,in Hainan province. The novel strain contained phophatidylethanolamine(PE)and phosphatidylglycerol(PG)as the major polar lipids. The respiratory quinone was Q-8,and the DNA G+C content was 43.2 mol%.The major cellular fatty acids were C16:1?7c and/or iso-Cis:o 2-OH,C16:0,and C18:1?7c.Its closest phylogenetic neighbour was found to be Agaribacter marinus, which showed a 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity value of 96.5%.The phenotypic and systematic comparative analyses indicated that the isolate is representative of a novel species of the genus Agaribacter, for which the name Agaribacter flava sp.nov.is proposed.A Gram-stain-negative,aerobic,designated QM202T,was isolated from red algae Gracilaria blodgettii collected from the coast of Lingshui county,in Hainan province. The predominant isoprenoid quinone was identified as Q-8 and the polar lipids are comprised of diphosphatidylglycerol(DPG),phosphatidylglycerol(PG).The dominant fatty acids were C16:1?7c and/or iso-C15:0 2-OH,C16:0 and C18:1?7c.The DNA G+C content was 41.31 mol%.The closest described neighbour in terms of 16S rRNA gene sequences identity was Marinomonas pontica DSM 17793T(96.2%).The differential phenotypic properties, together with the phylogenetic and genetic distinctiveness indicated that strain QM202T can be considered to represent a novel species,Marinomonas agarovorans sp.nov.,of the genus Marinomonas.A short rod shaped bacterium, designated XAY1247T,was isolated from a marine sediment sample collected from the coast of Weihai,China.Strain XAY1247T were characterized chemotaxonomically as containing Q-10 as the predominant ubiquinone and C18:1?7c and Ci2:1 3-OH as the major fatty acids.Their polar lipids are comprised of diphosphatidylglycerol(DPG),unidentified phospholipid(PL),unidentified lipid(L).Their DNA G+C content was 62.9 mol%.Strain XAY1247T had 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity levels of 96.7%with respect to the type strains of Roseovarius species with validly published names. On the basis of phenotypic data and phylogenetic and genetic distinctiveness, strain XAY1247T were placed in the genus Roseovarius as members of a novel species,Roseovarius brevitalea sp.nov.
