Desert Oligotrophic Bacteria(DOB)can survive in the extremely arid desert environment,and secrete a kind of sticky polysaccharide to form biological crust for the growth of other microorganisms.The DOB strains have great value for preventing desertification.We used bioinformatics method to analysis the comparative genomics of three recombinant DOB strains obtained by low-energy N~+ Implantation in this paper.Based on the De novo sequencing results of DOB genome,the gene number of 3 recombinant strains(DOB073,DOB113,DOB981)are 5363,5365,5180 respectively by used bioinformatics method to predicted gene.The number of genes of recombinant strains DOB073 and DOB113 are more 22 and 24 than control strain DOB150.The number of genes of recombinant strain DOB981 are less 161 than control strain DOB150.The result of single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)showed that the SNPs of DOB073 and DOB113 were 25,26,and the number of SNPs of DOB981 was up to 192306.The colony analysis and phylogenetic tree showed that the genomic structure of DOB981 was different with DOB150,and DOB981 evolutionary speed is faster than DOB073 and DOB113.The analysis of homologous genes and gene families of four DOB strains showed that 3 recombinant strains most genes had the same function and could be matched to the same group in Orthomcl.DOB113 had 1 specific gene family,DOB981 had 100 specific gene family,and DOB150 had 2 specific gene family.Using the Islandviewer,it showed that 39 fragments of DOB genome could be genomic islands.DOB073 had 9 genomic islands,DOB113 had 10 genomic islands,DOB981 had 7 genomic islands,DOB150 had 13 genomic islands.In this paper,the comparative genomics of recombinant DOB was studied to explore the molecular mechanism of mutation and evolution of prokaryotic microbial genome mediated by low energy N~+ implantation,which laid a foundation for further research on the functions and characteristics of related genes,and provided a better understanding the interaction of ion implantation and life cell.It has important academic significance and provides a theoretical basis for the DOB strains breeding.
