The comparison of non-clonal plants and clonal plants,in the respect of the matters 'nutrition and the physiological reaction system was very different,the plants which have cloned habit between maternal and child of a resource sharing mechanism,it can have cloned to the habits of plants in the ecological system of reaction mechanism,and it also have cloned habits of plants growths mechanism.In nutrient inhibiting conditions,to the plants with cloning habits between maternal and child of reaction mechanism and effects of resource sharing of the exploration has it special side,it also make contribution to the research in the aspect of physiological integration,more wealthy theory value and practice value.The materials needed for the experiment is Zoysia japonica,on cloning points under the condition of mutual connection and separation,this experiment set to five concentration processing,and divided the nutrient composition gradient for maternal and child,low nutrient processing for maternal and child plant nutrients in processing,low nutrient processing for maternal and child high nutrient processing plant nutrients in the processing,to the maternal and child low nutrient processing plant,high nutrient processing for maternal and child low nutrient processing plant,processing each of the five concentration is repeated three times.Set to high nutrient concentration(7.085 g per liter Na H2PO4 NH4NO3,2.063 g and 2.063 g KCL),for high nutrient concentration in the nutrient concentration of 20% for the same amount of distilled water,low nutrient concentration.Through five concentration Settings Zoysia growth and physiological indexes,mineral elements content in leaf and root,to explore the nutrient heterogeneous effects on the growth and the development of Zoysia and have the effects on physiological integration.The main results were as follow:1.On Zoysia of connected points of maternal and child nutrition in the strain and high nutrient concentration processing,the plant height will be increased,but high nutrients increased more obviously.When processing plants with high nutrient concentration,and its connected maternal maternal plant height had no obviouschange compared with the control,but when to high concentration of nutrients processing plant,and its connected the child high is obviously enhanced compared to the control group,shows that when the maternal are in a high nutrition,will transmit the nutrient to connected with low nutrition of plants,and when the plant at a high nutrients,and no obvious transmit the nutrient to connected with low plant nutrients.And when the maternal and child strains disconnect,when the maternal or child nutrition in the strain concentration and high concentration of nutrients,when processing plant height has obvious improvement of its own,and for the state is broken,when the maternal are in a high nutrition,does not give corresponding low nutrient transport nutrients of plants,and when the plant at a high nutrients,also won't give corresponding low nutrient transfer plant nutrients,the off state led to the possibility of nutrient transport,causing the death of physiological integration function.2.In processing,high nutrient,connected and separate the root cap of Zoysia points all have varying degrees of decline,it shows that in the middle or high nutrients in the short term to promote the ground the main part of the growth rate is higher than the underground part of growth.But when the subsidiary plant,the ground and underground biomass increased to the extent of the score of disconnected small,disconnect points plant growth index as grow well.When maternal is in high molecular plant when low nutrient,through physiological integration function of nutrient from maternal to child,but when the strains in the high nutrient,maternal low nutrient,this kind of situation did not happen.3.In the connected points of Zoysia maternal and child nutrition in the strain and the high concentration of nutrients,the above-ground biomass and underground biomass will be increased,but high nutrients increased more obviously.When processing plants with high nutrient concentration,and its connected maternal compared with control group plant the ground and underground biomass had no obvious change,but when the high concentration of nutrients for plant processing,child of connected with the ground and underground biomass is obviously enhanced compared to the control group,shows that when the maternal are in a high nutrition,Abstract will transmit the nutrient to connected with low nutrition of plants,and when theplant at a high nutrients,and no obvious transmit the nutrient to connected with low plant nutrients.And when the maternal and child strains disconnect,when the maternal or child nutrition in the strain concentration and high concentration of nutrients processing,to the ground and underground biomass has obvious improvement,but due to the state is disconnected,when the maternal are in a high nutrition,does not give corresponding low nutrient transport nutrients of plants,and when the plant at a high nutrients,also won't give corresponding low nutrient transfer plant nutrients,the off state led to the possibility of nutrient transport,causing the death of physiological integration function.4.Under the condition of the nutrients in heterogeneous,maternal and child connected under the condition of strains,for maternal,or nutrient high nutrient can obviously increase the content of copper,zinc,magnesium,manganese,but for child strains,only will high nutrient content of copper in has an obvious improvement.But from the nutrient concentration treatment to high nutrient concentrations,there is no change in the content of magnesium;For child strains,only for high nutrient processing,is magnesium concentration is larger.For zinc content and manganese content,for the child of plant nutrients in treatment and high nutrient,and the content of zinc and manganese content in ascension there is no obvious change,for the child of high nutrient concentrations of processing,lower the manganese content in producing the phenomenon of instead,pair could plant high nutrient processing manganese content causes inhibition.High nutrient concentration treatment of maternal and child strains iron content has great improvement,but the nutrient concentration in the treatment of connected points of iron content in case there is no obvious improvement.Possibly because of the physiological integration,resulting in nutrient delivery and lead to the concentration of the nutrients in processing,not between the points of content has obvious improvement.But broken condition,due to the loss of the phenomenon of physiological integration,for points strains between nutrients and high nutrient concentrations in processing,iron content has obvious increased,and when the maternal plant disconnects,physiological integration phenomena caused by the disconnection of disappear,no matter for maternal childAbstract plant height nutrients and nutrient concentration in processing,will not make thecorresponding content of maternal and child strains have very big change.
