In recent years,along with the construction of many large-scale infrastructure and damage to the environment,they encountered in the construction of an increasing incidence of landslide disaster,and most of the small and medium-sized shallow accumulation landslides,brought a serious threat to people's life and property.This kind of landslide usually has complicated formation conditions,cause serious disasters,governance is expensive,the current research on optimization of the cost management plan and management level,therefore,to carry out the technical and economic evaluation of shallow accumulation landslide treatment scheme research is necessary and very urgent.This paper according to the characteristics of root pile reinforcement shallow accumulation landslide,by means of the comprehensive evaluation method,establishing the micro pile reinforcement shallow accumulation landslide,technical and economic evaluation system of root pile reinforcement shallow accumulation landslide has carried on the comprehensive evaluation and comparison.Thesis mainly the following several parts:(1)The first of several comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a comprehensive analysis and comparison,according to the micro pile reinforcement shallow accumulation landslide evaluation index has the characteristics of fuzziness and uncertainty,it is concluded that comprehensive evaluation method should be adopted to evaluate.(2)On the basis of field investigation,fuzzy analysis method,the main idea and principle of fully consider factors of completing the determination of the choice of evaluation index and index quantitative standard,established the technical feasibility,economic rationality,effect evaluation and environmental impact as the main body of the comprehensive evaluation index system.(3)Using the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method,root pile reinforcement shallow accumulation landslide evaluation model is set up,and in accordance with the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)the main idea design questionnaire,using the Delphi method to the opinions of the experts investigation,to construct judgment matrix,by solving the judgement matrix eigenvalue and eigenvector,determine the weights of evaluation indexes,set up comprehensive evaluation model of root pile reinforcement shallow accumulation landslide.(4)Detailed introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,evaluation procedure and evaluation standards.(5)To mian county soil closed shop in hangzhong township zhuo pen village of the loess landslide as an example,on the analysis of engineering geological characteristics,deformation and failure characteristics,formation mechanism,influencing factors and management period,management cost,on the basis of determining the two design plan:micro pile,miniature pile and retaining wall.And in safety,economy,applicability,environmental impact,the time limit for a project and construction factors the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is adopted to design has carried on the comprehensive evaluation and comparison,finally according to the maximum membership degree principle sorted that the optimal solution for the use of single root pile treating landslide.
