Medicinal Pianl Community Soil Seed Bank And It's Medicinal Characteristics In Yangxian

In this study,we choose Eucommia ulmoides,Macrocarpium officinale,Ginkgo biloba,Platycodon grandiflorus,Scutellaria baicalensis,Cassia tora,Forsythia suspensa,Platycladus orientalis,Chaenomeles cathayensis16 medicinal plant communities as the main objects in Qinba mountain Yangxian,through field vegetation surveys and indoor sample analysis,soil seed banks conduct their research,estimated that the potential value of the soil seed bank of vegetation restoration and conservation of biodiversity,combined with medicinal species composition of plant communities on the ground and pharmaceutically acceptable features for medicinal Yangxian vegetation restoration the protection and reconstruction of the existing diversity of medicinal plants provide some theoretical support.The main conclusions are as follows: 1.medicinal plant species composition and its medicinal characteristicsmedicinal plant communities involved in 90 genera and 48 families 101 kinds in Yangxian,mainly plant-based medicinal herbs,Asteraceae,Gramineae,Leguminosae and Rosaceae maximum proportion of single subject community in species and genera.predominance;Yang County Department of medicinal plant community composition rich area,distributed to families most cosmopolitan,temperate species that constitute a major part of the medicinal plant community flora,showed significant transition;Yangxian medicinal plant community has medicinal value of plants,93 species,82 genera and 48 families involved;divided according to the different medicinal parts,the whole plant medicinal plants most,accounting for 20.43% of the total;according to taste medicinal parts the different divisions,the type of cold the most,accounting for 42.70 percent of the total,most bitter species,accounting for 39.85% of the total;divided according to the efficacy of medicinal parts,heat plants most,accounting for 29.29 percent of the total.2.Community Seed Bank Magnolia soil characteristics in Yangxian50 plant species of 40 herbs,5 arbors were recorded,belonging to 28 families and 47 genera;soil seed density showed significant difference among different soil seed bank of medicinal plant communities,which from high to low were 2-year-old Magnolia officinalis,4-year-old Magnolia officinalis,7-year-old Magnolia officinalis,and 11-year-old Magnolia officinalis,Eucommia ulmoides-Magnolia officinalis,7-year-old Magnolia and Macrocarpium officinale-Magnolia officinalis;soil seed had ability of surface accumulation;Soil depth had negative correlation with the number of seeds;the similarity between soil seed bank and aboveground vegetation structure was generally low.3.different vegetation types characteristic of soil seed banks in Yangxian55 species belonging to 32 families and 51 genera,of which 46 kinds of herbs,four kinds of shrubs,trees five kinds;on the basis of soil seed density,species richness and diversity index,are showing arbor> shrub> herb type;soil seed bank density presented litter layer on the vertical structure> 0 ~ 5cm soil layer> 5 ~ 10 cm soil layer and litter layer and 0 ~ 5cm soil seed germination of the total number of 91.5 %.4.The medicinal characteristics of soil seed bank of medicinal plantsmedicinal plant community has medicinal value of plants,64 species,59 genera,38 families involved in Yangxian;to whole plant medicine in most species,accounting for 34.37% of the total;soil seed bank of medicinal plants,herbs for the cold than more,accounting for 46.67% of the total,Smell is suffering the most,accounting for 42.22% of the total;to divide different effects,heat class medicinal plants most,accounting for 48.00% of the total;the same number of species in the soil seed bank and standing vegetation has 39,which has 37 species of medicinal value.In the word,medicinal plant communities,mainly herbaceous plants,families involved in the presentation transitional floristic geographic distribution,most plant roots and whole plant medicine,according to the different effects division up heat effect of plants;For Magnolia soil seed bank study found that a large soil seed bank in low-density community forest age,the greater potential value in vegetation restoration and conservation of biological diversity;Different vegetation types library soil seed found in soil seed bank density arbors large in Yangxian,more conducive to natural regeneration of communities;The plant up to the soil seed bank to whole plant medicine,and heat class effect plant up to,but in general the soil seed bank of medicinal plants rare.
