seed coating agent can improve the scientific and technological content,control of crop seed-borne and soil-borne pest and seedling diseases and insect pests,increase stress resistance of seedling and crop production,is widely used in agricultural production.However,with the large-area application of seed coating agents,use of technical irregularities caused injury events occurred frequently.Seed coating agent used in the effect of instability,drug injury,residual pollution,problems such as affected by environmental conditions.This study explores several kinds of seed coating agent on pepper,cucumber and cabbage to research the effect on rhizosphere soil microbial ecological effect of crop growth,to make sense the side effects symptoms of seed-coating agent on vegetable,mechanisms of research on its side,to overcome the side effects of seed coating agents.1.The effect of coating agents on seed germination: The coating treatment inhibited germination potential,affect seedling uniformity.But no significant impact on its final germination rate.On pepper,Carbofuran and Carbendazim-Thiram significantly reduced pepper of emergence potential,than control reduced 62% and 70%.On cucumber,Carbofuran significantly reduced cucumber seed emergence potential and Germination Index,reduced 25% and 27% than control respectively.On cabbage Carbofuran,18% Thiram-Carbofuran and Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram significantly reduced cabbage emergence potential,respectively reduced 28%,and 24% and 26%.2.The effect of coating agent on the growth of vegetables: Mainly affect on pepper,cucumber,and Chinese cabbage in seedling growth and development,particularly the most significant effect on root vigor.On pepper,Carbofuran-Triadime nol-Thiram significantly reduce the pepper plant height,shoot fresh and dry weight.respectively 27%,39% and 41% lower than control.While reducing fresh and dry weight of roots.Four various coating significantly reduces pepper root activity,lower than that of control 22%-58%;On cucumber,Carbofuran significantly decreased plant height,stem diameter,shoot fresh and dry weight,and root fresh weight.18% Thiram-Carbofuran significantly reduces cucumber shoot fresh weight and root fresh weight,han controll by 4% and 19%,respectively.Four various coating significantly reduces activity in cucumber roots,33%-71% lower than control;On cabbage,tested four various coating treatments inhibited seedling growth of Chinese cabbage.18% Thiram-Carbofuran make cabbage root activity is significantly reduced,lower than controls,and 64% and 60%,respectively.3.The effect of coating agent on quality of vegetables: The coating treatments affect pepper,cucumber,and Chinese cabbage with different degrees.On Pepper,tested coating agents significantly affect the content of VC and nitrate content.Carbof Uran and Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram significantly reduced fruit in the VC content,respectively than control reduced 43% and 46%,all coating treatments are significantly reduced nitrogen content.reduced 27%-47% than control;On cabbage Carbendazim-Thiram significantly reduced the VC content,reduced 20% than control,Carbofuran and 18%Thiram-Carbofuran and Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram significantly reduced cellulose content,reduced 9%-16% than control;While the coating treatments on cucumber fruit quality had no significantly effect.4.The effect on on rhizosphere soil enzyme activity of coating treatments :The coating treatments affect the rhizosphere soil enzymatic activities of the pepper,cucumber,and Chinese cabbage in seedling stage and field stage with different degrees,affects on seedling growth period than the field.The different coating agents affects on different vegetable crops.Main affectd urease and invertase activity on the Pepper.In seedling stage,Carbendazim-Thiram,Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram and 20% Thiram-Carbofuran significantly reduce urease activity,lower 59%,65% and 60% than control respectively.Carbendazim-Thiram and Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thi ram significantly reduced peppers invertase activity.In field stage,carbofuran,Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram and 20% Thiram-Carbofuran reduced urease activity;On cucumber,the coating agents mainly affect on urease and phosphatase activity,In seedling stage of cucumeber,all coating treatments significantly reduced the phosphatase activity in cucumber rhizosphere soil,lower than that of control 11%-37%.In field stage of cucumeber,the coating treatments reduced the urease activity significantly when transplanted after 20 d,15%-31% lower than control;On cabbage,the coating treatments mainly affect the urease,phosphatase and invertase activity.The tested coating treatments significantly reduced the invertase activity in seedling stage,and lower than the control 18%-38%.Carbofuran and Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram significantly reduced the urease activity,reduced by 46% and 29%,respectively than control;Carbofuran,18% Thiram-Carbofuran and Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram decreased phosphatase activity.5.he effect of coating treatments on rhizosphere soil micro-ecosystem: The coating treatments affect the rhizosphere soil microbial population of pepper,cucumber,and Chinese cabbage in seedling stage and field stage with different degrees.Affects more on seedling stage than the field stage.The coating treatments mainly reduced the amount of bacteria in rhizosphere soil,while increased the number of fungi,had no significant effect on Actinomyces.In pepper seedling stage,the coating treatments significantly reduced the bacterial populations.Increased fungi populations.In the field stage of pepper,when transplanting 20 days and 40 days,Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram and 20% Thiram-Carbofuran significantly reduced the number of bacteria in rhizosphere soil.On cucumber,Carbofuran,CarbendazimThiram,Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram significantly reduced the amount of bacteria.Carbendazim-Thiram,Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram significantly increased the number of fungi after transplanted 20 days;On cabbage,the coating treatments significantly reduced the number of bacterial populations in field stage.6.The effect of coating treatments on soil available nutrients: The coating treatments affect the soil available N,P,K content in rhizosphere of peppers,cucumber and Chinese cabbage with different degrees.Affects more on seedling stage than the field stage.Different coating treatments had the different impact on different vegetables.On pepper,tested coating treatments main affected available N and P content in the rhizosphere.Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram significantly reduced the soil available N and P contents of pepper rhizophere soil.reduced by 52% and 11% than control,respectively;On cucumber,the coaing treatments mainly affected the available N content in the rhizosphere.Carbofuran significantly reduced the soil available N content in seedling stage,lower 32% than control.In cucumber field stage,Carbofuran and Carbendazim-Thiram significantly reduced the available N content after transplanted 20 days,respectively reduced 15% and 14% than control;On cabbage the coating treatments mainly affected available P,and available K content.Cabbage seedling stage,Carbofuran,18% Thiram-Carbofuran and Carbofuran-Triad imenol-Thiram significantly reduced available P content.Carbofuran,CarbendazimThiram,Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram significantly reduced the available P content.Reduced 36%,29% and 50% than controls,respectively.When transplanted after 40 days,Carbendazim-Thiram and Carbofuran-Triadimenol-Thiram significantly reduced the P content.When transplanted after 20 days,Carbofuran and 18%ThiramCarbofuran significantly reduced available P contents.
