Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,“mass entrepreneurship and innovation” has been developed into national strategy and at the same time,the economic transformation has also pinned its hope on scientific and technological innovation.As a result,scientific and technological innovation has become the decisive power of economic structural adjustment as well as the sustainable and sound development of economy.Accordingly,many countries have lifted innovation to the core of national development strategy and the world has entered an unprecedented era of intensive innovation.This has brought us not only great opportunities but also severe challenges.In the era of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,University of Electronic Science and Technology,a research university who has the widest coverage of electronic information majors and multiple leading disciplines in China,aimed at better gearing to the needs of industry and regional economy as well as providing strong support for the economic and social transformation and upgrading,formally puts forward “the school and belt” strategy in 2015,with "Internet +" innovative entrepreneurship as its core,to quicken its pace to the world first-class university and the first-class discipline.As a support of “the school and belt” strategy,the Science Park of the university,with its accumulated development experiences and resources of nearly 25 years,has developed into "three garden as a whole" pattern which includes Shahe garden,Xiqu garden and Tianfu garden.Equipped with strong campus resource,DZKD sicence park is located in the most potential core area of Tianfu Zone.It has great advantage which will show in the future.However,many problems and difficulties arise now.This paper will do research on the marketing strategy of our science park.By this,it will be helpful for escaping from the marketing straits and at the same time providing the reference marketing gudience,and strong foundation for the further development to make sure that our science park will be the top one in china.This paper mainly introduces the development pattern and the current situation of DAKD Science Park.Through SWOT analysis of the marketing environment,state and industry situation of Science Park,this paper puts forward the problems in the process of its investment promotion such as less mature zone,a lack of complete industry set,less policy advantage and intense competition and explored the causes.Afterwards,based on 4PS strategy,from the industry positioning,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,the construction of innovation service system,policy,investment attraction of innovation service sysytem,policy,investment attraction mode innovation,etc.,a marketing strategy of Science Park has been designed to provide theoretical reference and marketing guidance in the practical marketing development of Science Park.
