Research On The Innovation And Entrepreneurship Support System Of Science And Technology Workers In Qianjiang Industrial Park

At the Davos Forum in September 2014,Premier Li Keqiang first proposed “mass entrepreneurship and innovations”.With the slowdown of economic development,The tuyere of economic growth in the new normal has become the innovation and entrepreneurship.The entrepreneurial revolution has set the direction for the world economy in the new century.With the issuance of 5G licenses,the era of the Internet of Everything and Artificial Intelligence has quietly arrived.Information is becoming more and more transparent,and the limitation of material resources determines entrepreneurship for sustainable development.The key must be knowledge and technology.As the main body of scientific and technological development and communication,scientific and technological workers represent the core of scientific and technological resources.They are the most innovative group.In order to promote the full implementation of the policies of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,This research takes Qianjiang District Industrial Park science and technology workers as the object.Comprehensively investigate the current situation of scientific and technological workers 'innovation and entrepreneurship,conduct in-depth investigations of the difficulties and obstacles of technological workers' and propose solutions to enhance the quality and development of Qianjiang's economy.This article mainly uses the literature search method,questionnaire survey method,SWOT analysis method,PEST analysis method and other related research methods to conduct in-depth research on the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship support system for science and technology workers in Qianjiang District Industrial Park.First of all,the concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship,innovation and entrepreneurship of science and technology workersand support systems for innovation and entrepreneurship of science and technology workers were defined,and the results of domestic and foreign research and innovation andentrepreneurship were summarized.The political environment,economic environment,social environment,and technical environment were analyzed by PESTanalysis.The strength,weakness,opportunitys,threats of scientific and technological workers in the industrial park of Qianjiang District were analyzed by SWOT analysis.Based on this,the main problems and causes of it are analyzed: the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship is “weight things and despise the talent”,weak industrial development,weak demand for technological innovation,weak talent introduction,and weak policy support.Prominent problems such as the allocation of scientific and technological resources,inadequate entrepreneurial ability,weak risk tolerance,and financing difficulties.Subjective and objective reasons have caused the situation of scientific and technological workers who dare not start a business and cannot start a business.Next,based on the Sahlman entrepreneurial model,analyze the core elements of the support system,and establish a technology innovation support system with an enterprise as the main body,an entrepreneurial incentive system with the transformation of scientific and technological achievements as the core,an innovation service system led by an academician workstationetc,an innovative policy system with the goal of optimizing the environment and an internal support system centered on scientific and technological workers.Finally,it puts forward safeguard measures based on the above suggestions,that is,to reverse the concept of hindering innovation and entrepreneurship,accurately grasp the government's role in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship,optimize science and technology management systems and mechanisms to promote innovation and entrepreneurship,and focus on stimulating innovation and entrepreneurship for scientific and technological personnel.
