A Case Study On Innovation Of Tax Service In Local Taxation Bureau Of Tianfu New District Of Chengdu

In recent years,the concept of service-oriented government has been widely recognized by the people.In the government sector,the tax department,which is mainly responsible for the construction of "tax service",plays an important role.On the one hand,it reflects the trend of tax collection and management in the future,and on the other hand represents the image of service oriented government.In view of the fact that our tax service related standards are not mature enough,we can reduce taxpayer's tax burden by using services,and at the same time,we can effectively improve the quality of tax collection and management,and establish a service-oriented government to provide protection.This paper takes the tax service innovation of Chengdu Tianfu new area land tax bureau as a case study.The main research contents are as follows: first,it states the purpose and significance of the research,and collects,reads and collects relevant literature,and consummate the knowledge system.Secondly,the present situation of the innovative tax service of Chengdu Tianfu New District tax bureau is stated,and the introduction and the subordinate units of Chengdu Tianfu New District Land Tax Bureau,and the specific practice of Chengdu Tianfu New District land tax bureau's innovative tax service are stated.Thirdly,it describes the theoretical guidance,analyzes and studies the problems,and finds out the related factors,specifically,demand information analysis,service process analysis and self-service system analysis.Again,the case is carried out in-depth study,from theory to practice,in-depth analysis of the practical use of the value of the case.Finally,based on the above theoretical analysis and case study,the case study draws some enlightenment,namely: Local Taxation Bureau should fully respect the taxpayer service demand,Local Taxation Bureau should improve the service process,based on the taxpayer's Local Taxation Bureau all-weather self-help tax service system configuration.The tax service innovation research value for the Chengdu Tianfu District Local Taxation Bureau is mainly reflected in: can meet the practical needs of building a service-oriented government,to provide support for the Local Taxation Bureau of the tax service system construction,to ensure the scientific nature;also meet the actual needs of the taxpayers,to reduce the tax cost and maintenance tax the legitimate rights and interests;secondly,to meet the actual need to build international tax service system,for the domestic and international cooperation to lay a solid foundation,to provide help for improving the world tax service level;finally,to meet the actual needs of the current work,enhance the basic tax payment institutions work level,promote the construction of service-oriented government,optimize collection atmosphere,improve and optimize the allocation of resources.
