As we all know,organizational structure is the basic structure of enterprises,and an important part of enterprise management,but also the basis for the survival and development of enterprises.Enterprise organizational structure and whether the rational improvement can determine the core competitiveness of an enterprise or even success or failure.Organizational Structures requires the creation of an effective and advanced hierarchical structure to coordinate the allocation of resources within the organization,and the enterprise builds it within the enterprise's internal and external environment.At the same time,a clear and reasonable division of labor in order to maximize the efficiency of the organization,Herbert Simon said: "Effective development of social resources,the primary condition is an effective organizational structure." No one organizational structure can be generally applicable to any enterprise,Enterprises must be based on the different internal and external environment and the overall strategy of the different areas to choose the most suitable for their own organizational structure model.Because the enterprise living environment and competitive space at any time with the ever-changing,so the organizational structure of enterprises need to constantly adjust and improve,under the call of public entrepreneurship and Internet thinking under the influence of more and more fans born,The division of labor principles of the organizational structure and functional management model is facing great challenges.Strong organizational structure of social network interaction to promote the organizational structure of change,a more in line with the needs of the times network,intelligent organization--platform-based enterprises to produce.Changes in the future organization will include changes in organizational structure,organizational governance changes,talent and corporate culture and a series of changes,and ultimately find a way to stimulate individual efficiency potential of the organization,to cope with changes in business environment at any time.At the same time,the study of platform organization is the beginning of this change.Different enterprises due to the strategic,size,development cycle will have a specific organizational structure,the internal and external factors in the enterprise,the organizational structure of the enterprise will make a corresponding change,the organizational changes are always in line with the trend of the times,to meet The need for business growth.Based on the theory of organizational structure and management,this paper analyzes the evolution process of organizational structure of M enterprises in six years by combining organizational theory and organizational change theory,using a combination of literature research,case studies,and interviews.This paper divides the development of M platform into three stages: the initial stage,the growth stage,and the mature stage.In the initial stage,the organization is centralized,the normative is relatively poor,and the business is monotonous;at the growth stage,the standardization of the organization is improved,the degree of decentralization is improved,and the business is more diversified;at the mature stage,the organizational change is complete.Platform-based enterprises are decentralized and have strong inclusiveness and openness.The analysis shows that the organizational structure change of platform-based companies is influenced by various factors such as national policies,external competition,industry environment,corporate strategy,and the company's own capabilities.It appears to be an internal evolution that has no regularity,but it is essentially Gradual adaptation of the environment and improvement of organizational capabilities.The purpose of this paper is to combine the theory of organizational theory,the evolution of organizational structure and the actual structure adjustment of platform-based entrepreneurial structure.On the one hand,it can improve the theory of organizational structure and organizational change,and on the other hand,provide the reference for the organizational structure evolution of the same type of enterprise,it can also provide material for the case study of colleges and Universities.
