| State-owned enterprises are the backbone of the development of the national economy,occupying a dominant position in major industries and key areas related to national security and the lifeline of the national economy,and are an important pillar of the national economy.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,developing a mixed-ownership economy,cultivating world-class enterprises with global competitiveness,and making major deployments for the reform of state-owned enterprises pointed out the direction for the reform of state-owned enterprises in the new era.However,under the background of the new era,unclear main business,chaotic management,insufficient innovation,and irrational industrial layout have caused a huge impact on the organizational mechanism of state-owned enterprises,causing serious losses in some state-owned enterprises.,Organizational structure and other risks caused by unscientific,this study constructs a state-owned enterprise organizational reform model,combined with Z enterprise’s own situation to carry out organizational reform.This study conducted surveys on enterprise Z through questionnaires and on-site investigations and interviews,based on the advanced nature of the enterprise organization system and the problems faced by the organization system,and at the same time analyzed the influencing factors of enterprise organizational change,organizational change resistance,and the feasibility of the company’s current organizational change.Through the practical experience and enlightenment of domestic and foreign enterprises’ organizational reforms,this research is based on organizational reform theories and corporate governance theories,based on the status quo of enterprise management and corporate development strategies,and constructs a state-owned strategic layer,reform layer,basic layer and guarantee layer Enterprise organizational change model,implement specific organizational change countermeasures to the enterprise,and comprehensively improve the internal management of the enterprise.Through the discussion of the organizational reform of Z enterprise under the background of the new era,it reveals the problems and contradictions in the organizational reform of state-owned enterprises,refines and summarizes the ideas and strategies of state-owned enterprise organizational reform,and builds a model of state-owned enterprise organizational reform strategy,which helps state-owned enterprises master organizational reform The strategy and path to effectively realize organizational change,condense the experience of state-owned enterprise organizational change,and form a demonstration effect on state-owned enterprise organizational change. |
