China economy has entered a rapid development track at the beginning of this century,and continues to grow in the global economic recovery environment,quickly became another economic superpower after the United States,so the future China will lead the world economy development.These brilliant achievements have benefited from the scientific concepts of China reform and development.In the global economic crisis when other countries were unable to extricate themselves,China first put four trillion bailout fund for infrastructure construction in China,thus promoting the rapid rise of the domestic construction industry,which led to dozens of downstream industries' development,Chinese economic growth began to lead in the world.Taken construction industry as an example,in order to seize more economic benefits,the enterprises boomed both in quantity and scale.If the construction company fail of internal cost control,it will be eliminated in the fierce competition in the market.So,for any enterprise,scientific cost management ability is an important way of enterprise's survival and development.SK Construction Company was established in 1990,is a traditional enterprise with main business of construction projects.Since established,the company kept the concept of quality of project,the company not only grew in the scale,but also gained great recognition in the industry.SK company began to appear in various financial problems,such as capital chain rupture,profitability decline and so on,and the root causes of these problems are the failure of the enterprise cost control ability.So this article will take the domestic construction industry as the research background,using advanced cost control theories and methods to analyze SK construction company cost control,dig out the fundamental reason of various financial and cost issues mainly including: too high purchase cost,difficult to control the inventory cost,high construction cost and year-by-year increased high labor costs.After identifying the root cause of the problems,according to the actual situation of SK Construction Company,and combining theory with practice,the authorputs forward a set of scientific and reasonable suggestions and Countermeasures for the cost management of the company to help SK Construction Company smoothly recover through the crisis caused by cost management problems.This article completely solved the problems of SK Construction Company caused by cost management.Meanwhile,the achievement of this article can also help other construction companies to overcome similar problems.
