Since the 2010's global economic crisis began to improve,every country's economy is in a moderate recovery,and China appears the economic development climax in a national's policies,lead the world to create a new high of economic development.Chinese rapid development of economy,not only to the China local enterprises benefitted,but also make many other countries' s multinational enterprises have the opportunity to take this fast track of economic development.In order to get more foreign funds to support,China government has introduced a variety of preferential policies to attract multinational companies to invest in China,make Chinese economic more internationalization,diversification,contribute to deal with Chinese future challenges that the economic globalization brings.A is an international famous BPO companies,with more than 30 thousand employees,more than 1 million customers,it is one of the world's largest BPO company.In twentieth Century with the transfer of the global economic center of gravity,coupled with the requirements of the human cost of BPO industry is extremely demanding,so many BPO enterprises transfer to the Asia Pacific region,A also region BPO Industry Development Centerin the Asia Pacific.Since the beginning of the twentieth Century A company(Dalian)established,developtwenty years,the size of the workforce has been expanding,staff management problems have become increasingly serious,especially of employee turnover,has become the crisis that the A company(Dalian)must solve.Because BPO industry which human resources industry competition has entered the white hot stage,which companyget good human resources,then it is equal to the master of the BPO industry throughout the Asia Pacific region's core competitive advantage,so this leads to employees in order to obtain the better welfare and occupation development and frequent "job hopping",disrupting the Dalian BPO industry human resources management order.But the fundamental reason is Dalian's BPO enterprises in human resources management system is not scientific and perfect,make the employee satisfaction and loyalty of declining turnover tide appear,this paper is aimed at the A company(Dalian)staff turnover problem that is analyzed and studied scientifically,find the root of crisis' s cause,with the use of advanced theories and methods,to create a series of solutions and measures to ensure A company(Dalian)staff turnover crisis can be solved.This study can not only solve the A company(Dalian)'s loss crisis of employees,and the results of these studies can also be combined with the actual situation of other companies themselves,that resolve the crisis staff to provide professional guidance and reference.
