Internet related industry in China,since there is developing very rapidly,few years,the domestic several has the world influence of Internet companies,fierce competition between related industry,and,in the industry once appeared content homogeneity,the business model is not obvious,also had the same situation in the field of smart TV.Nowadays,the mainstream smart TV brands in China include samsung,LG,cool,hisense,TCL,sharp,skyworth,Letv,millet and so on.The old TV brand is the majority.Smart TV is a new product based on the impact of Internet wave.Its purpose is to bring users a convenient experience,which has become the trend of TV.Letv is a new power in the TV industry.It has gained important market position with its unique intelligent TV operation,but there are still some shortcomings.Under the above background,this paper takes Letv smart TV as the research object,on the basis of the research at home and abroad and combined with the related theory of marketing knowledge,in-depth analysis Letv smart TV marketing status quo.Firstly,the intelligent TV industry is summarized,followed by Letv smart TV,and finally,the current situation of Letv smart TV marketing is analyzed.This paper makes SWOT analysis on the environment analysis of Letv intelligent TV,including the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Letv smart TV.Finally,combining the above analysis,we find a marketing strategy to expand the market share of enterprise products and make Letv fast and stable.This marketing strategy has certain guiding significance for other domestic appliance enterprises which are facing fierce competition in the market.
