In recent years,China's building materials industry has developed rapidly,and has made great contributions to the promotion of China's industrial progress and the development of the national economy.As an important part of the management of building materials enterprises,the performance appraisal of employees is not only related to the improvement of employee performance and overall performance,but also to the overall development of building materials enterprises.At present,our country is in the new normal economic development,economic development speed is relatively slow,the economy to improve the quality,and in this context,how to use the performance appraisal to improve the overall performance level of the quality of personnel and enterprises have become the key to building materials enterprises to participate in market competition and make the advantage position.Gansu Jinchang cement Group Ltd(Jinchang cement company)was founded in 1999,with a registered capital of 400 million yua n.It is a large group of calcium carbide,acetylene production and sales,and limestone screening and sales.Since its establishment,the group has been expanding its business scale by virtue of its product and brand advantages.Up to now,it has owned mo re than ten subsidiaries and has been spread across the main provinces and regions throughout the country.However,with the continuous expansion of the scale of the group,there is also a problem that employee performance is difficult to adapt to the actu al situation of the group development,which is not conducive to the development of the group at the same time,but it is also not conducive to the development of the group itself.Based on this,this paper takes Jinchang cement company employee performanc e appraisal as the research object,described and analyzed through the relevant theory of performance appraisal and the general method,and then to its current staff performance appraisal problems,proposes the construction ideas of the employee performanc e appraisal system.In research methods,by reading relevant literature,and questionnaire survey this research methods to understand the current problems of Jinchang cement company staff performance,and using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on the staff performance appraisal system to evaluate and construct;finally,in-depth study on the measures to carry out performance appraisal in Jinchang the cement company,through research found that the current Gansu Jinchang cement company still exists in staff performance appraisal performance appraisal index set unreasonable,unscientific methods of performance appraisal and performance appraisal result feedback and performance appraisal results are not fully applied problems,based on this,the company should be clear from the work content,implementation of performance appraisal strengthen the performance evaluation of the preparation,implementation and results strengthen the performance appraisal and feedback We should strengthen the performance appraisal of employees through scientific performance evaluation results,so as to provide valuable reference for improving the performance level of employees and promoting the healthy and stable development of the group.
