With the further enhancement of demands for indoor living environment in China,and rapid development of fine decorated apartments,a brand new field named “soft decoration” has been subdivided from domestic indoor design industry.According to the data of National Bureau of Statistics,the demand of soft decoration is gradually increasing,and the domestic annual consumption capability has reached 400 billion to 700 billion RMB.In such a case,many experts express that in the future 20 years,the consumption capability of soft decoration industry will reach 10 trillion RMB,and China will become the biggest soft decoration consumer market.In recently years,soft decoration industry gains a prosperous development.But to related enterprises,both the industry and enterprises are facing great opportunities and challenges.There are opportunities because as a sunrise industry,soft decoration has a huge development space in Chinese market.There’re challenges because now the industry in China is just in the initial stage.Most enterprises’ management system still need to be improved,and lots of problems need to be further solved to advance the development of the industry and enterprises.There’s a long way to go for enterprises in China to discover a suitable development path.This article selects ZC International Soft Decoration Company which grows and expands in Chengdu as the main study object.By analysis of macro-environment,competitive situation of soft decoration industry and enterprises’ business condition,and combining the features of rapidly emerging soft decoration market,this article reconstructs the business model.It designs a new business model to avoid shortcomings of the current industry and for better use of the own advantages of enterprises,and then proposes application practice based on the new business model.This provides a reference for business model exploration of the industry.Theoretical support in this article includes Theory of Value and Business Model Theory.The two values provided by ZC Company for consumers,i.e.practical value and artistic value,constitutes a spiral dual value model.In this model,with time advancing,there will spring up a new three-dimensional and open value space during the process of spiral escalation.This space will be with a great potential value.Traditional linear business model canvas cannot bear such a value space.Only the threeDimensional business model canvas can represent the dynamics and emergence of this three dimensional and open value,and meanwhile link to and activate these rich potential values.The innovated and new three dimensional business model canvas emphasizes on the importance of potential value.Therefore,based on the three dimensional new business model canvas,this article starts from the construction of the network relation to stimulate the explicit and potential value space.
