| In the long process of social history,China has increasingly formed a mixed living pattern of Han and ethnic minorities,for which the state has set up some minority autonomous counties in various localities.For example,the ethnic composition of Z Hui Autonomous County in Zu G Province is mainly composed of Hui nationality and Han nationality,and the ethnic relationship between Hui and Han nationality in this area has become a topic of widespread concern among scholars.Since the establishment of Z Hui Autonomous County,the local ethnic relations have been affected by various factors,especially after the implementation of the market economy system,the interaction between the Hui and the Han is more frequent,and the ethnic boundaries are gradually blurred.In addition,the border of the Hui Han nationality group is the local people.The important part of the study on ethnic relations is also the basis for the local government to formulate and carry out the relevant national policies,at the same time,it is also one of the main ways to maintain the stability of the local society and promote the rapid development of the local economy.Based on the theory of social interaction and the theory of ethnic boundary,combined with the theories of anthropology,ethnology and sociology,this paper uses the methods of in-depth interview,observation and literature,etc.This paper makes a thorough investigation and case interview on the catering industry in Z Hui Autonomous County,combines micro and macro,nationality and region,and probes into the changing process of the boundary of the Han nationality group under the background of social transformation and socialist market economy.It is found that under the influence of market economy system,the interaction between Hui and Han has increased,and the regional distribution and management concept of catering industry have changed.As the main place of interaction between Hui and Han,the restaurant has become a clan.A platform for cultural exchange.In terms of dietary taboos,the eating customs of the Hui and Han nationalities have gradually converged,and their religious beliefs have gained mutual understanding and respect.In terms of culture,they have learned from each other and assimilated each other on the basis of maintaining tradition.A new geographical-based cultural system was formed,which made the boundary of the Han nationality gradually blurred.This paper is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,the author introduces the background,purpose,significance,methods,difficulties and innovations of the thesis.At the same time,the related concepts are defined and the existing research is summarized.In the second chapter,the general situation of the research site is introduced from the geographical location,population composition,religious belief and occupational division of labor.The third chapter introduces the development course of the catering industry in Z County,mainly introduces the development situation of the catering industry in Zhui Autonomous County before and after the reform and opening up,and briefly generalizes the typical cases in the study.In the fourth chapter,the ethnic boundaries of the Hui and Han nationalities in the catering industry are mainly investigated,which are mainly embodied in three parts:the boundary of diet culture,the boundary of regional distribution and the boundary of cultural customs.Chapter five discusses the changes of ethnic boundaries in the catering industry,including the changes of dietary taboos,the breakthrough of geographical boundaries and the desalination of cultural boundaries.In the conclusion part,the author makes a brief summary of the situation of the ethnic boundary in Z County,then makes a comparative analysis of the changes of the ethnic boundary before and after the implementation of the market economy system,and finally summarizes and further discusses the article. |
