Research On China's Foreign Industry Transfer From The Perspective Of Global Value Chain

In nearly 40 years of reform and opening-up,China through the use of resources endowment and elements such as population dividend,effectively carries on the industry transfer of developed countries,created their own "world factory" status,and gradually into the day in the us and Europe and other developed countries dominate the global value chain.But this at the expense of the resources and environment,through the low end of the contract,the processing and assembly production mode not only makes the enterprise loss of initiative,hard to master the core technology,and easy to make industry development facing the "low-end locking",the dilemma of "capture",and other issues.The report put forward the party's 19,promote our country industry in the global value chain towards high-end,cultivate a number of world-class advanced manufacturing clusters,puts forward new requirements for the development of China's industry,the new direction.In this paper,based on the perspective of global value chain,all the way "area" regional cooperation,for example,to explore how China to countries along the industry transfer,so as to promote and stimulate the development of Chinese industry towards the goal on the global value chain.The article is divided into seven parts,the first chapter is the introduction,briefly discussed the research background and ideas of the article.The second chapter combed the related theory of global value chain and international industry transfer,analyzed the characteristics and trend of a new round of international industry transfer,and reveal the industrial transfer,industrial upgrading,to high-end interactive relationship between the global value chain.The third chapter elaborates on the current situation and main problems of China's foreign industry transfer under the background of global value chain reconstruction.The fourth chapter based on the perspective of value chain,from the mode of target of cooperation,the cooperation basis,frame and content,the cooperation mechanism four aspects to build the "area" industry transfer "new flying geese model" of regional cooperation.This new regional cooperation mode is no longer a single share of regional development,but by a big share for regional cooperation and the superposition of multiple small share of the networked his formation,and named it "multiple superposition echelon model".Thefifth chapter is the empirical research,in the trade gravity model on the basis of the introduction of China's foreign direct investment(OFDI data,the empirical found that the added value of its exports to countries along the Chinese to have positive scale effect,which reflects the dynamic upgrade China international industrial transfer on China's industrial and status in the global value chain has a positive effect.The sixth chapter discusses the way of China's foreign industry transfer,and based on the driving structure of global value chain,the location path of China's foreign industry transfer is analyzed from the two lines of east and west.The seventh chapter puts forward China's countermeasures and Suggestions on the industrial transfer of countries along the routes.The seventh chapter puts forward China's countermeasures and Suggestions on the industrial transfer of countries along the routes.
