Accuracy Survey On Poverty Alleviation In Shulan City

In the past four decades of reform and opening up,China's economy has been developing rapidly and its people's living standards have been improving day by day.However,due to the unbalanced economic development in the region and the uncoordinated development of urban and rural areas,some areas are still in a state of poverty.Since the holding of the 18 th National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has paid more attention to the poor,and has formulated several policies to help the poor,which have led to a gradual decline in the number of poor people.In order to better address the problem of poverty,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has been implementing an accurate poverty alleviation policy since 2013 and is aiming to comprehensively address the problem of poverty by 2018.In this development context,how to promote poverty alleviation work at the grass-roots level,how to understand and understand the fundamental problems of rural poverty,how to rationally allocate resources for poverty alleviation,and how to improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation through accurate identification of poverty accounts all deserve in-depth research and discussion.In this paper,through the actual investigation of some towns and villages in shulan city,the paper analyzes the work of poverty alleviation from the point of view of the accuracy of the implementation of the existing poverty alleviation policy,and tries to improve the timeliness and pertinence of the poverty alleviation policy.This article focuses on the precision of poverty alleviation,and tries to analyze the poor villages and the poor population from the angle of grass-roots practice.Taking the three poor villages in shulan,including Chaoyang village,as a sample,this paper studies the precision of poverty alleviation by combining literature research and field study.This paper analyzes the situation of rural poverty alleviation in shulan city as a case study to reflect the basic situation of poverty alleviation plan implementation in poor villages in the province at present,solve the problems encountered in the implementation of the policy from the basic point of view,and provide some suggestions and opinions for the precise poverty alleviation work in the future.The article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is from the background and significance of the research,the research methods and the current research situation at home and abroad.The second chapter starts from the grass-roots research,in the form of the questionnaire to the villagers understand the basic situation and precise poverty alleviation work in Shulan.Chapter three starts with the findings of the previous chapter,analyzes the precision of poverty alleviation in the poor villages of shulan city,finds out the reasons for the lack of precision and makes a deeper analysis of the problem.Chapter four puts forward some effective suggestions on how to improve the precision of poverty alleviation in the poor villages of Shulan.In the end,this research and article is summarized.
