Since 2016 that there are multiple type of Semi-Conductor Factories are been establishing in China,which in term of Volume increasing and Technology upgrading.And the scope almost covers everywhere in China from East to West,while North to South.East: Shanghai,Nanjing,Wuxi;West: Chengdu,Xi'an,Wuhan;North: Beijing,Dalian;South: Xiamen,Taiwan.So how to recruit more Technical people,how to find more experienced people becomes the most important and critical thing among all the Companies and Factories at the beginning of the Startup phase,and even become the No.1 competition among all the companies beyond Marketing or Pricing.Company I is the one of the World Class Semi-Conductor Company in the World.In the past decade that Company I has been keep doing the Technology upgrading,and keep increasing the overall factory capacity to meet the Overall market needs from World Wide.And the entire Company has been upgraded from 500 people at beginning to 1500 of people at present status.While at Y2017 with the decision to totally upgrade the company to another Leading technology and upgrading the entire Factory Capacity to be the number volume in PRC China market,so with that then we foresee the Total employees of Company I is going to be increased from 1500 to 2500 scale level cross from Y2017 ~ Y2018.Therefore,how to Timely,Effectively recruiting more talent people for all different position will become the real important companywide Strategy and Vision in the next 1 ~ 2 years.But along with that,due to most of the big Semi-Conductor company everywhere in China is doing the same thing to upgrade their Factory.Even in the past that Company I always can stay at the advanced position of people recruiting.But which was under total different market situation.So for Company I is how to make self be more competitive,how to keep up the advantage,how to optimize the current Hiring Process,how to address the Potential issues inside the current hiring model will the key for Company I to win from this round's competition.So this Research Paper will describe and Analyze the current Headcount Sourcing Model;Employee Recruiting Process and Employment status of Company I,in order to point out the Advantage and Disadvantage,then proposing the Improvement plan,and Advice against those potential problems,and finally try to make the whole process to be more Optimized,be more linear,be more competitive,in order to help Company I can keeping the leadership from this Resource competition.
