At present,with the slowdown of the global economic development,the macroeconomic situation changes profoundly.After years of rapid development,mining machinery industry is now suffering fierce competition in domestic market,along with more and more foreign large-scale mining machinery companies entering China market,which aggravates the competition.TS group is bearing increasingly pressure in development,meanwhile,TS group is also facing a series of new situations,new problems and new challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to find out suitable marketing strategy for TS group,based on the new marketing situation and according to relevant background and theories.Analyzing stage and characteristics of domestic mining machinery manufacturing enterprises would be a good method to start.This paper points out the advantages and disadvantages of TS group at the present stage.In fully understand based on the development status of the company,through specific analysis on the marketing strategy implementation elements,the final choice of the competition strategy and marketing means should be taken,put forward the suggestions of marketing.The research content of this paper has important reference value for the future development of TS group.Based on extensive literature reading and analyzing previous outstanding cases,combined with the actual situation of the TS group,author analyzes present situation and trend of development of mining machinery industry,and the industry market competition,along with the characteristics of products in mining machinery industry,and it's marketing strategy etc.In this paper,author brings out the necessity of establishing the marketing strategy for TS group in mining machinery manufacturing industry,and listed details of the establishment and implementation of the recommendations for marketing strategy suitable for TS group.The final analysis recommends that,based on a clear understanding of their own advantages and disadvantages,TS group should present practical marketing strategy to enhance competitive strength,and to strengthen enterprise's product and price advantage by the establishment of enterprise marketing management system.Through strengthen the innovation of enterprise's sales model,TS group should gradually establish core competitiveness in the future.
