Through the implementation of agricultural machinery subsidy policies China's agricultural machinery industry has experienced a "golden period" of rapid development in the past 10 years.Market demand and market structure are basically in a relatively stable state,but China's agricultural machinery industry has been running at a low level in2018.The downward pressure on the industry is obvious.The overall market is sluggish and the industry is under great pressure,and companies will face further challenges.Small and medium-sized agricultural machinery enterprises generally have the characteristics of weak capital,limited productivity,and low brand power.In the current industry environment,the problems of its lack of systematic management,relatively vague market positioning,and poorly targeted marketing strategies are becoming more apparent.In order to further seek development,how to better meet challenges and grasp opportunities through scientific and effective marketing strategies has become a core issue that SMEs need to pay great attention to.This article takes TD Machinery Company as the research object.By analyzing the marketing status of TD Machinery Company,according to its own current situation and market performance,it points out that it lacks a perfect marketing management mechanism,clear marketing strategy directions,insufficient number of marketing management talents,and low Internet advertising utilization.On this basis,this article uses SWOT analysis to analyze the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and restructures market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning of TD Machinery Company through STP strategy theory.Relying on the above analysis,based on the 4P marketing theory,from the product,pricing,channel,and publicity,the marketing strategy,optimization plan,and implementation guarantee measures of TD Machinery Company were proposed.The research conclusions not only provide some useful exploration and help for the future business ideas and marketing strategies of TD Machinery Company,but also provide reference for the development of small and medium-sized agricultural machinery enterprises under the background of the market saturation of agricultural machineryindustry and the decline in demand.
