Manufacturing Execution System(MES)is a real-time production informationmanagement system for manufacturing enterprises.It can effectively improve the efficiency of production management and reduce the production cost.Based on the analysis of the core problems in the business process,this paper aims to solve the problems in the production management of an aero components and parts manufacturing enterprise by using the information technology and theory,and puts forward the use of MES technology to solve the enterprise's problems including production data master is not timely,production scheduling is not scientific,information island phenomenon is serious and so on.Through the research of production data collection,production scheduling management and interface technology,the overall architecture of MES system application model and MES system construction is established.On this basis,the method of information collection is studied,and the specific scheme of data collection and production schedule collection is put forward,and the software is designed.The standard production scheduling process is systematically analyzed before the researching of the production scheduling algorithm.Based on the theory of genetic algorithm and self-organizing map neural network multi-objective scheduling algorithm,and according to the actual demand,a cross-composite scheduling algorithm based on weight factor is proposed.The problems such as large amount of data interaction,data in various forms,complex data types between the MES system and the ERP system is analyzed before the designing of the interface between the two systems,and the method of data exchange closure is used to solve the problem of data exchange between the two systems.
