At present, humans are releasing heat-trapping gases like carbon dioxide into the atmosphere increasingly and reducing carbon emissions has been a consensus within the international community. Carbon emission limits is a market-oriented incentive policy of environmental protection and is playing an important role to promote enterprise energy-saving and carbon emission reduction. This article mainly uses the game theory and optimization theory method unifily and emphasizes on the decisions of production and sales of new products and recycling products and carbon trading under carbon emissions quota constraint and different market structure.According to the needs of this study, this paper made a research of comprehensive review and summary about closed loop supply chain of single, double period and low carbon manufacturing firstly, then I expound the theory basis of this study. Based on the study above, we set up two different models. The first model is made of by one manufacturer and one retailer. The manufacturer is responsible for the production of new products and the recycling and remanufacturing of waste products under the carbon emission constraints and the retailer is responsible for sales work of new products and remanufactured products. The second model is made of by one manufacturer and two retailers. The manufacturer is responsible for a similar work as the above mode and one retailer is to sell new products and the other is remanufactured products. Based on the above model, we emphasizes on the decisions of production and sales of new products and recycling products and carbon trading under carbon emissions quota constraint and different market structure, then I made some analysis of the relationship between the equilibrium results and the carbon price. According to the analysis results, this paper gives the actual significance.Finally, in the context of four different decisions, we analyse carbon trading decisions and market channel choices under the different carbon price and quantity of consumers through the figural simulation research and present the actual significance to management. The results show that the price of carbon can improve the wholesale price and retail price of new products and remanufactured products,reduce the demand of new product and we should have concrete analysis to its influence on the demand of remanufactured products. The upgrade of carbon price can reduce the profits of retailers and total carbon emissions of the manufacturer. The carbon emission and the profits of manufacturer and retailer are raised with the rise of the number of consumers, but this will produce more carbon dioxide.
