The Research Of Relationship Among Residents' Perception,Attitudes And Community Participation Behaviors Of The Pro-poor Tourism Exploitation

In recent years,with the deepening understanding of tourism,tourism is no longer a simple "sightseeing",but can be developed into a new form of poverty alleviation through the organic combination of the poverty reduction.The pro-poor tourism exploitation refers to the use of local convenient conditions,natural resources or humanistic feelings,the development of tourism resources,the growth of tourism industry,and the formation of tourism as the center of the regional economy,which can overcome poverty and achieve prosperity.In fact,through the medium of tourism which is a kind of services with high added value,the pro-poor tourism worked as an industrial structure adjustment,can make the source of income for local people change from low value-added agricultural work into high value-added tourism-related industries,from the primary industry into the tertiary industry.At the same time,tourism poverty alleviation is a fair and dignified way of poverty alleviation.In order to get paid legally and fairly the poor people provide tourism services to tourists with their own hard,lease or sell their own houses,land,agricultural and sideline products and other private assets to tourists.Tourism poverty alleviation can bring a wide range of development opportunities to the community residents,really let the local residents have a sense of participation.Unavoidably,the associated development will bring a series of unpredictable effects,and the local residents will be more sensitive to feel the feasibility of development.Focusing on residents' perception on tourism poverty alleviation,and encouraging residents to participate in tourism poverty alleviation can effectively improve the positive impact of tourism poverty alleviation and reduce the negative impacts.At the same time,the study of residents' cognitive openness can find out the practical way of tourism poverty alleviation.This paper,with the residents of tourism poverty alleviation community as the object and on the basis of investigation and questionnaire survey,explores the interaction among residents' perceptions,attitudes and community participation behaviors for the pro-poor tourism exploitation.This study selected the Jian She Village Mian Ning County as the research object.The aim of the essay is to find the relationship among residents' perceptions,attitudes and community participation behaviors for the pro-poor tourism exploitation and make an analysis of differences in cognitive openness.This study is designed to identify influence on local residents' economic,environmental and social cultural perceptions with attitudes and community participation behaviors to provide a theoretical basis for the pro-poor tourism exploitation.Through the establishment of relationship model of perceptions,attitudes and community participation behaviors,the author uses SPSS23.0 and AMOS23.0 to analyze the questionnaire data,and proves the relation among the three factors.The differences of perceived openness and perceptions towards attitudes were analyzed.The results turn out: residents' positive perceptions has a significant positive impact on the residents' attitudes and community participation behaviors for the pro-poor tourism exploitation.The negative perceptions of residents has a significant negative impact on the residents' attitudes and community participation behaviors for the pro-poor tourism exploitation,the residents' attitudes can significantly affect the community participation behaviors for the pro-poor tourism exploitation.In the variance analysis,it is found that,with the different openness of residents' cognition,the attitude of residents will be significantly affected,and those who have higher openness are willing to try new things and seek new diversity and diversification.Then they will accept the pro-poor tourism exploitation with a pro-active approach;less open people are more conservative,and they would like to accept the familiar environment,people and things,at this time,the impact of perceptions for the pro-poor tourism exploitation on attitudes will be weakened.In accordance with above analysis,the author comes up with the following recommendations:(1)the integration of resources can promote the advantages of the pro-poor tourism exploitation.(2)the community participation is a way to improve the effectiveness for the pro-poor tourism exploitation.(3)the communication of communities and professional training can enhance the potential for the pro-poor tourism exploitation.(4)the interaction of communities is a method to broaden the space for the pro-poor tourism exploitation.
