Research On The Innovation Model Of Weifang City

With the continuous development of knowledge economy,innovation has more and more influence on the economy,and gradually becomes one of the main driving forces of regional and urban development.Cities have gathered the necessary elements of knowledge,talent and funds.How to make use of these resources to implement the strategy of innovation driven development has become the focus of attention of the academia and the government.As a strong economic city in Shandong,Weifang has been appraised as the most innovative and investment potential city for many times by international rating agencies.It can be seen that urban innovation will be the key point for the next economic takeoff of Weifang.This paper,based on the achievements of the existing urban innovation research,compares the development status of other cities in the province with the methods of technological innovation,industrial innovation and institutional innovation,by means of urban innovation evaluation system,solo growth model,deviation share method and other methods,and analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Weifang city innovation,and combines the advanced cities and cities at home and abroad.The innovation mode of Weifang city is set up.The research content is mainly divided into five parts: related concepts and theoretical basis,urban innovation dynamic mechanism and model selection,Weifang city innovation status and empirical research,domestic and foreign urban innovation experience,and the construction of Weifang city innovation model.In the selection chapter of urban innovation model,the relationship between technology,industry,system innovation and urban development is discussed,and the development model of technology innovation,industrial innovation and system innovation is discussed respectively.The first part mainly describes the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of the thesis.The second part mainly studies the dynamic mechanism of urban innovation,and analyzes the characteristics of system,industry and technology driven development mode.The third part studies the development status of Weifang city from three aspects of innovation subject,innovation resources and innovation environment,and makes comparative research based on the cities of Shandong.The fourth part is the case analysis of the urban innovation model at home and abroad,summarizes the successful experience of the advanced cities and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the city of Weifang;the fifth part is the construction of the urban innovation model in Weifang,from the three angles of industry,technology and system,and puts forward the implementation measures of the three models as a whole.The main conclusions are as follows: the comprehensive innovation ability of Weifang city is in the leading level in the province,the foundation of innovation is better,the ability of knowledge innovation,technology and industry innovation need to be improved,and there is still a gap with the first class cities in Qingdao,Yantai,Ji'nan and other provinces.The efficiency of technological innovation input is relatively low,the transformation system of scientific research is not perfect,and the proportion of technological innovation in urban economic growth is relatively small.The development of the first,third industry in Weifang is faster.In the primary industry,agriculture is the dominant industry in Weifang,with a higher degree of innovation.The development of information technology service industry and transport savings industry is also developing rapidly,and competitiveness is constantly improving.However,the development of the second industry is slow.Compared with the average level of Shandong Province,the industrial sector is gradually disappearing,and the transformation and upgrading of industry,especially manufacturing industry,should be paid attention to.Weifang's talent introduction policy is not perfect enough,and there are few preferential policies for master and doctoral students.In addition,making policies should take into account the needs of the city,how to make good use of talents and leave them behind.This is a new angle for Weifang's institutional innovation.
