The Study Of WeiFang's Urban Administrative Mode

The annual report which was appeared by UNCHS in 2004, forecast the urban population will account for 60% of the world population by 2030.In the later 20th century and the early 21st century,China has speeded up urbanization——Economy develops rapidly,urban size extends constantly and the urban population increases,with the large number of the rural population transfers to urban areas.A series of problems are sure to follow on,such as Public transit,urban afforesting and greening,sanitation and urban order.At present,China is over the transition period from planned economic structure to market economic structure.In the past,we had place too much emphases on economy,construction rather than administration,which was quite behind the times.There is a pressing need to study a new urban administrative theory as the guide to adapt to market economic structure.Therefore,it is absolutely necessary to study the theory of urban administration with Chinese characteristics according to the national situation.To establish a scientific and effective urban management model, we should at home and abroad, urban management theory and the existing management model for analysis and research. Then, of Weifang city management to analyze the current model, updated from the concept of urban management, management of the main multi-nurture, to take diversity management, change management, change management process, establish a scientific and efficient management system, and so on six aspects of innovation Weifang model put forward suggestions and opinions.As the political, economic, historical, cultural and other factors different from different cities form different patterns of urban management, even the same city, in different stages of economic development, its management model is not the same. Therefore, the paper used in the study of the comprehensive study, comparative study law, literature and empirical studies, such as combining a variety of research methods.There are two innovations in the paper.First,it sums up the theoretics of urban administration in China,willing to be beneficial to study in the field.Second,it gives emphases to empirical approach and small and medium-sized cities,which are neglected in the current study.
