Risk Prevention And Control Of The Operation Risk In Qingdao Wealth Management Center

As a wealth management financial comprehensive reform pilot area,Qingdao wealth management center has made great progress in attracting investment,industry cultivation,carrier construction and environment creation since its construction,and played a positive role in regional financial and economic development.However,in the process of promoting the construction of wealth management center,with the continuous accumulation of financial resources,the internal operation mechanism and the external supervision mechanism are not perfect,resulting in the gradual exposure of operational risk,so we need to pay attention to operational risk prevention and control.In this paper,Qingdao wealth management center as the research object,the construction and operation of the risk management in-depth exploration,the risk of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,this article clarifies the relevant research results,systematically expounds the basic theory of risk management,and gives a preliminary definition of the risk.Secondly,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the operating environment of Qingdao wealth management center,and provides the basis for the follow-up risk assessment.Finally,we use the project risk assessment method WBS-RBS matrix to identify the risk,and sort it by RAC method.According to the risk assessment results,we formulate appropriate measures for the central risk management to maintain stable operation in the future,which has a strong practical significance.
