With the transformation of China's growth pattern in recent years, the economic growth mode that originally pursued rapid growth has been slowly replaced by quality assurance, and the modern economy has also made corresponding changes to the management requirements of enterprises.Companies increasingly understand that if they want to stand firm in the competition, developing and strengthening themselves, their core competitiveness is indispensable.Employees are the source of the company's core competitiveness, therefore how to create high value-added employees is the key to human resource training which wins more attention from corporate decision makers. However,to improve the overall level of employees is not a matter of overnight,it is necessary to build a system of human resources training system,to face different industries, companies and personnel composition.Meanwhile, the training program must also be adapted in corresponding conditions, which means, the same set of training which has been successfully applied in one company may not be able to copy in other companies. Therefore, how to design a set of human resources training system that suitable for the enterprise itself is still considered to be the core of the current corporate training research. This article takes a local company named Zhongtian Pharmaceutical in Gansu as an example, and deeply analyzes its training system.Prior to the research,we have sorted out the concepts such as training system, competency, and Koch's assessment, and clarified the importance of training in modern enterprises.Through questionnaires and interviews conducted among employees,we learned about their current training programs in Zhongtian Pharmaceuticals, and had an in-depth analysis of the existing problems such as lacking training concepts, not attaching importance to training content and not having different classifications in training assessment system. In response to the above-mentioned issues, this paper proposes an optimization plan based on the actual situation of Zhongtian Pharmaceuticals.First, based on the company's recent development goals,we will analyze the training needs that based on competence from the perspective of both companies and induvial employees.Second,we will optimize the existing assessment methods, from the four-step Koch's assessment model to a further step in achieving assessment results.Third,we will complete the original training effect assessment process, and improve the training results. The optimization plan is guided by the development goals of the company, focusing on the issues such as lacking research on training needs, weak training faculty and dummy training assessment processes.Furthermore,we aim to build a solid foundation for Zhongtian Pharmaceuticals to enhance its overall quality of employees, and have a great significance in enhancing its competitiveness among the regional companies.
