Dealing with regional operations center is to establish inter-network,cross-branch and inter-regional set of transaction processing, businessmanagement and customer service functions into one shared service center for theentire line of financial innovation, marketing, customer service, as well as thephysical network and virtual network (Internet banking, phone banking, etc.) safeand efficient operation of the establishment of a unified business processing andback office service support platform, to achieve business-intensive operation,the risk of centralized control, network transformation and operational layoutoptimization function.Regional business processing center system for financial institutions inaccordance with "intensive management, flat management" to create favorableconditions to realize the risk of centralized control and unified management ofbusiness processes to promote a shift to a service network features for high-endcustomer service, personal and financial business to provide support.
