With the advance of the reform work,most units appear unstable labor relations,welfare benefits are not high phenomenon,some employees in the unit feel greater pressure on work,low job satisfaction.Managers of units must pay attention to employee's personality,pay attention to employees' work experience,and fully mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity through relevant measures so as to improve their satisfaction and create lasting benefits for the units.Since American psychologist Schein put forward the concept of higher development feedback and related theories for the first time,more and more researches have been done about the development feedback of higher level,and a certain system has been formed.As an important component of the human resource career planning,the development feedback of higher level lays the foundation for the planning and management of human resources.The development of enterprise feedback on employee occupation career and harvest enterprise's human resources management strategy has a direct impact,the urgent need to cause the enterprise human resources management concern.At this stage,there are some problems in the development feedback of the higher level of most enterprises,and the new requirements for human resource management in enterprises in the new period are not satisfied.Found in a large number of domestic and foreign related research literature,most scholars believe that the impact of job stress and personality satisfaction for employees,there are two main points: one is that the supervisor developmental feedback directly affect satisfaction;another is the development of superior feedback through the indirect effects of personality satisfaction,superior development feedback intermediary variables which affect the individual job satisfaction.For the latter point of view,there is less empirical research in china.From the employee personality itself,the relationship between higher development feedback and employee job satisfaction is still blank.This paper will draw extensively related literature at home and abroad,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,empirical analysis method,based on the current supervisor developmental feedback and job satisfaction based on the concept,put forward the concrete demonstration model of supervisor developmental feedback relationship with job satisfaction.At the same time,put forward hypothesis,verify the relationship between supervisor developmental feedback and job satisfaction,personality and job satisfaction,the results of the business unit managers to understand the causes of turnover intention and what measures should be taken to improve the job satisfaction of the employees,so as to reduce the turnover behavior but also of practical significance.The results of this study for organization managers to understand the reasons for the employee satisfaction and what measures should be taken to improve employee job satisfaction,so as to reduce the turnover behavior but also of practical significance.
