Study Of How To Establish Core Value In LH Group

As global coal industry is going into winter,independent surveyor plays a more important role in coal trading.In the meantime,the demand of strict internal management goes along with the development of surveyors whose professional ethics and value are facing acid test.Being a leading independent surveyor in coal testing industry,LH group as a private owned firm has been very successful in operation sector,but still trying to cope with dilemma of how to form a good corporate culture and core value.It is essential to guide all the employees to obey the professional ethics through a cultural channel,to assure the legal interest of all trading parties and to maintain sustainable development as well.However,the entire coal testing industry is have a rough time,most of state owned enterprises and international based testing firms have failed to establish a good core value of the company.With the increasing corruption and chaos in the industry,there comes more trading dispute.Enterprise managers needs to consider how to break the bottle neck and enhance public trust.My research is based on the theories and exercises of the past.The successful experience of domestic and international firms has been well obtained.I am trying to find the pattern in common,so as to explore some useful elements to help my employer establish core value.It is shown in the questionnaires that LH group has made some progress on core value building.However,due to external environment,staff quality and many other reasons,LH group is still face many problems such as lack of innovation,being passive,lack of system management and evaluation.Therefore,considering current achievement,this study focus on reform the core value of the company,enhance the sense of identity,from the perspective of “learning,banishing,creation,surpassing”,together with a efficient evaluation system to make better advise to the company of how to develop a unique value system which the independent surveyor industry depends on.
