Currently on a global scale,HRO has become the major approach for enterprises to reduce management costs and gain its competitive advantages.With the extension on HRM scope and improvement on management approach,enterprises becomes stricter with HRO service vendors,competition is becoming increasingly fierce.As international leading HRO services provider,A company is focused on serving large MNC worldwide,possess long history and a wealth of service experience.Along with the accelerating process of economic globalization,the increasingly fierce competition from international and domestic companies,service scope and mode tend to be similar,meanwhile,because of growing scale and number of consumer,requirement keeps renovating,problems in the service revealed gradually.Through SWOT analysis,market surveys,and analysis of problems exposed in the service,this article summarizes development bottlenecks faced by A company currently,like aging service content and service platforms,services cannot fully cover customer needs,the efficiency of service processing needs to be improved and so on.Basing on theory of HRO and service innovation,this article describes the current situation of fusion development in these two big fields.With service innovation and innovation theory of four-dimensional model,this article proposes the innovation strategy which would leverage the further development of A company.Through this research,hope could provide a useful reference to A company's differentiated services and innovative strategy,relief it from the homogenization of competition to establish service-oriented mode,and enhance its service level and competitive strength with new technologies,new management models.Meanwhile,hope this article could provide a trajectory and reference to HRO service industry,especially to Knowledge Intensive Business Service(KIBS).
