Currently,as the only domestic private enterprise with full-cargo aircraft,SF-express outperforms any other competitor in China.However,same as other express company,SF-express also needs to transform and upgrade to adapt to the new test coming with the "Internet +" industry environment,just like other competitors.This study clarifies the basic concept of "Internet +" first,then gives out the meaning of "Internet +" logistics industry,and briefly discussed the significant changes that "Internet +" will bring to logistics industry.On the basis of theory,this study elaborates the operation of SF-express,describes four aspects of external environment includes politics,economy,society and technology,as well as five aspects of internal situation includes financial resources,human resources,business resources,enterprise culture and brand resources.One conclusion can be drawn through the elaboration of SF-express: Yet the competition currently is intense in delivery industry,private delivery enterprises are now sandwiched between in EMS and international express delivery giant,SF-express has its strong market competitiveness with strong financial,management,transportation,enterprise culture and brand resources and backups.In order to better integrates theory into practice and provides feasible evolution path of methodology at the Internet age for China's express delivery company.This study positions SF-express,the best domestic private express delivery,as an example,studied its marketing strategy of Internet + logistics platform.Firstly,follow the SWOT model,this study analyzes the strength?weaknesses?opportunities and threats of SF-express.Secondly,this study analyzes the strategy of SF-express on Internet marketing,through position,product,channel,price and public relation,disadvantages are also pointed out.Finally,this article provides suggestions on 4 aspects as below: construction of a clear strategy of Internet marketing,construction of core Internet marketing team,efforts on the construction of "Internet +" brand,and update of Internet marketing tactics.
