In recent years,with the economic globalization and market internationalization,the internationalization process of China's small and medium sized companies are gradually accelerated,and how to quickly open the overseas market has become increasingly important.Since 2010,company A obtained the right of self import and export.After more than five years of overseas marketing efforts,self export sales of company A accounted for more and more.In 2015,company A completed a comprehensive transformation and upgrading of production equipment,the production capacity of single shift is two times comparing with productivity before the transformation.Because of the transformation,a lot of money invested,excess production capacity,market internationalization,and the competition from different aspects,all these problems require company A must accelerate the progress of overseas market development,to meet the rapid development of its needs.This paper takes company A as a case study.Firstly,analyze company A's products and its overseas market situation,identify company A's core competitiveness and advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,through the PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model analysis,make the analysis on the external environment of Algeria market and company A.Finally,based on the theory related to the overseas markets and the investigation on company A,analyze the marketing and development mode in Algeria market,to provide specific solutions and applicable implementation strategies to develop the Algerian market in the future for company A.The study of this paper has a profound practical significance for company A to open Algerian market,and hopefully this paper could provide some reference for China's diesel engine companies to enter into overseas markets.
