Research On The Reform And Practice Of The Enterprise Registration System In Pudong New Area

In recent years,China's enterprise registration system has been a number of major reforms,such as the introduction of a negative list system,the registered capital subscribed system,enable the new business license,after the first photo card,etc..Since the reform of Guangdong Province,Shenzhen City,and gradually opened in the country.Each region according to its own characteristics,the introduction of different refinement measures.Pudong New Area Shanghai as the forefront of China's reform and opening up,in the implementation of the national enterprise registration system reform related policies at the same time,also introduced a number of supporting policies and measures to steadily promote the reform.After a period of testing,the reform reflects the activation of the vitality of the market and other achievements,but also revealed the problems such as corporate registered capital.This situation prompted us to think,what are the reasons for these problems?
