With our fiercely competition in the automation industry,B company is facing the rapid growth in the cost pressure,such as the human management cost,product development cost.Therefore,B Company urgently explores a new path to transform and upgrade.In view of the above situation,the study follow the research idea of raising questions,analyzing and solving problems.Firstly,based on the theory and the method of the enterprise strategic management,the paper analyzed the competitive environment,the internal factor and Potter's five-force model.Secondly,finish a questionnaire survey on transformation and upgrading development strategy for B company,Analyze the relative datum of the sample in order to prove the our method is feasible.Drafted the transformation and upgrading strategy of B Company on the product strategy,the capital formation and the management strategy.Thirdly,put forward the countermeasures of the strategy implement according to the actual situation of B Company that is the product differentiation strategy,raising the technical capabilities,the management reform policy,the impletion of the Stockholder's rights drive,the best optimal transformation and upgrade.At last,summarized the whole article according to the above research content.The author is expecting to provide the guidance for the next step development of B company and to provide the references for the same field.
